Location is good. Room inside is a bit old. My room is 237 and some of the wall paper fell down slightly. No kettle and luggage supporter were provided. The enlarged mirror fell down slightly too. The smell of room was a bit wet.

這是我住過歐洲最舒適的飯店了，明亮乾淨的走廊，漂亮又乾淨的房間，豪華古典，賞心悅目. 地理位置極佳,服務人員友善熱情.

大部分都非常滿意，唯一是浴缸的去水稍漫，可能是老牌酒店，設備比較舊，也可以理解。酒店位置超方便。

辦理行李寄存,並讓我們提早check in, 服務人員態度很好. 飯店內有個小商店,讓沒時間逛街的客人可以買些小東西,且價格和外面一樣,不會特別貴.

Excelent experience

It was the staff that made the stay. Everyone one of them went out of their way to be helpful. Why Americans felt they had to push in and not wait I don't know!

Excellent hotel with full broad choice included breakfast daily until 11:30. Spacious, quiet yet right on the Kärtner Ring with short access to city center, subway and trams and great walking paths. And what a glorious city.

観光地からも近くとても便利です。 またホテル従業員さん達もとても親切で気持ち良かったです。 ウィーンに来たときはまた宿泊したいです。

オペラ座へ徒歩５分ウィーン学友協会ホールへ徒歩３分。ホテルの前をトラムがはしっており、大型スーパーが徒歩圏内に２件と大変便利な立地。和食店「雲海」のお寿司は日本と変わらない味。朝食ブッフェも豪華で満足。次回また宿泊したいホテル。
