Very clean

I had an enjoyable stay, but charging extra for parking for your guests is pretty ridiculous.

The hotel is dated. The bathroom has issues with mold and rotted door. Bed was uncomfortable

Check in was slow and cumbersome. The condition of the property is nice for the rate.

Enjoyed my time at the hotel. Was not thrilled about the fee for parking and having to hold $100 off my spending money for incidentals, the over all experience was good . It was also nice not to have to check out till 12noon.

We just returned from a baseball tournament and the added on fees are awful, especially when they advertise for pool and it isn't open the entire weekend. The staff was very unaccommodating. We have reached out to corporate for compensation as well.

The heated pool was heated to hot tub temperatures which wasn't good for kids burning off energy playing in the pool. The hotel was very nice. The room was a bit monochromatic and the ceilings were low in some areas. Overall the hotel was wonderful. The location was great and the complimentary shuttle to the Battery and Truist Park was great!

Rooms need a little updating, smelt of wet carpet & air freshener trying to cover up the scent. Bathroom outdated & small

Room smelled musty. Pool was closed at 7pm

The combined indoor/outdoor pool was great along with the outdoor spaces. The hotel was very clean which I appreciate! All the employees were very personable.

Long line at check in . Couch filthy with splatter stains.

I was disappointed i stayed there 4 nights and the thermostat was not working correctly so room didn’t cool off . When mentioned upon checkout no apology almost to the point of dismissive . Very disappointed just said i will put in maintenance ticket .

Staff was not overly friendly, but fair enough. Rooms were clean and more than adequate. Will stay again for quick business trips.

THis was a miserable experience. A 45 minute wait in line to check in. ONly one person at the desk- another standing around doing nothing. When I finally got to the front of the line, I was told that the clerk would check in two others first. Then, There's the Resort Fee of $34 per night - FOR WHAT? Its NOT A RESORT - just a pretty average hotel. Then there's the $17/night parking fee - FOR WHAT? AN open air parking lot that's not patrolled? PLease. Then there's the staff who don't care. then there's the advertised price for hte breakfast on the buffet that's $16, but when you get there, it's $21. Then there's the exercise bike in the gym that doesn't work. Then, there's the water cooler in the gym that doesn't work. Then there's the skimpy breakfast buffet htat uses fake egg poweder instead of real eggs - I get that at Hampton Inn, I expect better at Sonesta. Overall, this place is NOT WORTH IT, and a miserable experience. I won't be using this brand again.

Nice room. Enjoyed the stay but make sure the bathrooms are cleaner please
