Staff were great, the rest of the hotel seems good but our room had some dirty spots in the bathroom, came back to the room after a day away and the towels were refreshed and garbage cleaned but only one bed was made, and it was made very sloppily

Everything was clean and as it should be. Only spent one night but couldn't ask for anything more.

There was plenty of parking, staff was friendly, breakfast and the pool were a hit! The kids had a ton of fun in the pool which was large. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Room was clean.

I could have used a microwave and a kettle in my room.For the price you ask, you should make both available on demand.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but didn't like the sliding bathroom door. Wouldn't go all the way over and the light switch was behind the door. Breakfast was good but pricey. Lots of parking. And very close to 403/QEW. I stay here whenever I'm in town. Would recommend it.

They did the cleaning of the room to late at 15:00, we were already in the room on june 6. Coffee in the restaurant very bad!

There was a sports tournament staying and the parents were making noise till 2 AM. Air conditioners were so noisy that they woke us up when they turned on and off. Stairs were beside our room and door slammed constantly. Rooms were pleasantly upgraded but didn't make up for the lack of sleep.

In regards to the staff, the receptionist that checked me and my friend into our room didn’t properly hear me when I asked to split the bill, but aside from that my stay at this hotel with my friend as a girls trip was a great one. Loved the access to the pool, breakfast was delicious and very filling. No problems with room we stayed at but definitely worth the price.

Great stay for a dance competition, room was nice, parking was easy!

Great staff, a little out dated. There weren't any towels at the pool, so we used room towels.
