Good service

Visited for a 2 night stay visiting family. Room was lovely and fresh and clean. Reception all friendly and helpful. Bar staff very very good. Housekeeping that i bumped into also friendly and polite Didn't actually eat in the restaurant but did have a couple of pints both nights, with some chips, and a choccy brownie with icecream the 2 night. Both delicious. Went as a solo female traveller with mobility issues and felt safe and secure at all times Plan to def stay again in the future

The hotel is in a great dituation. Tge bedroom was abd bathroom was very clean. The staff were great. A very comfortable hotel.

Great stay room clean and we all slept well. Thank you for the travel cot too. Ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant both were lovely. Very positive first stay and we will use holiday inn again.

Great friendly staff and a grrat location for a walk along the canal into the city centre.

We stay every month, the hotel is always clean, welcoming and comfortable.

Very clean, spacious room and bathroom with walk-in shower. Friendly staff. Only downside is the drinks availability in the bar - no Draft Guinness even though there's two pumps! But they had Guinness zero? Only Draft lager is Grolsch and Peroni. We have stayed here many times over the years, as it's a convenient place to stay, we are both from the area and have family and friends nearby, but might have to consider staying somewhere else in future.

The room was nice and spacious very clean would recommend it’s a upgraded hotel not like it use to be lovely stay they had games for kids downstairs so kids don’t get bored there was food places next door

Clean room. Great breakfast. Only a short walk into the city centre along the canal. Navigation pub worth a visit next to canal on route to the Jerusalem!

Very good stay. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Bar is open 24 hours! Hotel is a bit off the beaten path but still walkable to the center of town

Staff were very obliging, room was clean & comfortable, very good breakfast choice. Central for getting into city walking or tram. Would definitely stay again.
