Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.

This is a nice hotel, situated within the racecourse. We stayed during very hot weather and the whole building was lovely and cool. The room was a good size and clean. We stayed as a family of 4, the room hadn't been set up to accommodate for that - we only had two towels and no bedding for the pull out - but when we contacted reception this was resolved very quickly. The only thing I think really needs improvement is breakfast, there was hot food and toast but it would be nice to have more choice of fruit/nuts/seeds/granola. But what was there was OK and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would recommended to others and I would use again if we were in the area!

Great location right next to the racecourse with a view over the paddock. So quiet overnight- I would stay here even if I wasn’t going to the races. Great buffet breakfast and staff were all friendly and helpful

Staff was wonderful. Stayed on a night of racing which led to things being fairly loud until 10pm. Great location though.

The staff make this hotel! They are all lovely from reception to the bar and housekeeping! Love staying here !

I attended the racing on Saturday. Had a great time with lovely food and excellent staff. Stayed overnight - room changed from twin to king - and I had the luxury of a bath😌 My first experience in a Holiday Inn

Room was clean and comfortable, really convenient being on the racecourse itself so I was able to be back in the room minutes after the last race ended! Also lovely that my room overlooked the stables so I could watch the horses arriving after I checked in. Breakfast was nice, although there could have been a few more options in terms of baked goods/pancakes etc. Only issue was the sound proofing wasn't excellent and I did get woken up early, but a nice stay other than that.

Stay her a couple of times a year. Staff always friendly and helpful. Always clean & tidy though it could do with a makeover because some things are getting a bit shabby! Breakfast always good. Would deffo recommend
