It was just an average place. My trash wasn't taken out daily and towels weren't replaced unless asked. The sheets just felt weird and damp? But not actually wet I guess just sticky. Could be cheaper for what you get but it's better than Clarion

We had low water pressure and the water was not very hot. Some plugs in room didn't work.

My spouse and I had stated this property approximately 5 years ago. The room is very nice the lady who checked us in the young lady I should say was very sweet and very helpful the only bad thing for us was the bed was hard as a rock otherwise everything was fine and we will be back

I've stayed with y'all twice now with in the same month for about a week on a work trip. Both time the blankets are stained with piss and the shower water is always cold.

Not very clean at all. Needed to remove a lampshade that was covered in mold. Over all not a clean place to stay. I had another reservation on our trip home and canceled it. Wasn’t going to stay there again.

I had a nice stay

breakfast was not stock like it should. I had to search myself for napkins and silverware.

Girl at the front desk was great. Room was clean and quiet. Decided to stay here 3 more nights

Terrible rooms. Pictures are of my second room. My first room had a large water puddle in the floor from the fridge which leads me to assume mold would be present. I ended up leaving and not staying here. I do not recommend at all. The manager will not return or take my phone call to issue a refund.

this trip was canceled a few days before check-in due to a medical condition. Very upset that the hotel or Hotels.com was not supportive of getting a refund. I also purchased booking insurance and I’m in the process of filing a claim through them to get my refund. Also contacted the hotel personally and they refused refund as well. in the future, I will not book with Hotels.com or this hotel chaine

We arrived and the lock was only the top lock so you don't feel safe. The sheets on the bed were stained a brown color. So we tried to avoid that area. The toilet wouldn't flush. Staff were complaining loudly to someone. TV wouldn't come on. It said it didn't have any service.

This was the worst property we have ever stayed at!! Drug dealing, prostitution, totally UNCLEAN rooms, dirty sheets and pillow cases, Loud and rowdy people around until two am and people checking door knobs at night, I slept with a 9 iron!! Did not get much if any sleep. We checked out after the first night and now trying to get a refund. We moved over to the La Quinta in Dothan, great place wonderful staff, clean comfortable rooms and SAFE!!!

There wasn’t any waste baskets in the room towels had holes in them the floor was filthy beds under the cover had dirt in the beds
