The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish

They don’t clean your room unless you go to the front desk and ask.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very nice.

Only one elevator working in a huge building is not safe.

The area the hotel was in was not the nicest, not the hotels fault but it was kind of industrial and dingy in and around the hotel location. Front desk person was very nice and pleasant at check, offered suggestions for dining options in area. Hotel seemed a little worn and dated. Comfortable bed and quiet at night.

The hotel is old and could use updating. Only one elevator functioned; it took a long time for the hot water, and then it never got completely hot. The breakfast service was rude. We left and went elsewhere.

This hotel needs a complete renovation. It is far from Wyndham standards.

The staff was so kind and professional.

First they put us in the wrong room so we had to ask to change it. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. Paint was chipping off the doorframe. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the waitstaff were very nice.

Great location for anyone attending a concert at the convention center—just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made the stay very convenient. Perfect choice if you want easy access without worrying about parking or long commutes

The sheets were dirty and the tub was dirty and stopped up

It's a Wyndham so of course bed, bedding and blackout curtains are as always - fabulous! Location was great, walking distance to good food and drinks. Can't beat it for the price.

Stayed there twice, and both times have been great. Clean rooms, peacful atmosphere, and friendly staff. The views are a just of the city, but other that that its great. Its also an affordable option on top of being so nice. Definitely will be staying there again if I find myself revisiting Fort Smith.
