It’s a clean hotel but the check-in experience was not that pleasant. Regardless of the availability of the rooms they gave us a room next to the elevator and we weren’t even asked if we have any preference to choose, I also couldn’t see if the hotel have breakfast choice in Expedia.

Good

It was mediocre at best. The restaurant was extremely understaffed and so slow. The food was only ok. The maids never came to clean our room… and the TV was smashed so not in use.

Very nice hotel. For the price wish it included breakfast but didn’t. Just free coffee. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Our room was still being cleaned and not ready at 3:45 for a 4pm check in. We were not greeted when we walked up to the counter. Nice hotel. Front counter staff wasn’t super friendly. The manager who stepped in to help was very nice and accommodating.

The welcoming Staff at check in were so polite and courteous!

Service at front desk was friendly. Disappointed there are no microwaves in room.

One thing i didn't like was i bought one small bottle of root beer, found out later when i checked the receipt it cost $30.00.

People were nice but my bed sheets we stained and comforter was stained

We arrived around 8 p.m. having chosen the hotel because of its onsite restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, both were closed. We decided to Door Dash and watch TV. The remote was missing a battery. I called the front desk and we were told that someone would come up with a battery. After 25 minutes, when the food arrived, we ended up going to the front desk to get the battery as no one had come up.

Other than not receiving the signature DT cookies, our stay was pleasant. Whenever we called for anything, it was brought up quickly. Our connecting rooms were fresh, clean. But the walls seem very thin. We could hear children yelling, screaming, jumping, running from the room either above or next to us. Our rooms were near the elevator so noise is expected. But overall it was a safe, pleasant stay. Pool was nice and enjoyed by all.
