地理位置方便；最好最值得的是员工的服务和亲切！我已经第四次回到这家酒店了，当我最近的一次回去的时候她们已经非常的熟悉我并且在我凌晨3点多到达的时候还有员工在等我取之前寄存的行李（因为她们知道那天我的航班是夜里才到），总之，我是喜欢他们这群员工而喜欢住在这里。 美中不足是我这次住在了电梯口和取冰机的对面，人来人往，制冰机哐哐当当吵得不行。前几次都没遇到这个房间，下次入住时需要提前和前台说好需要安静的房间。

Everyhting was amazing untill the smell in the room. I think it was probably because it was next to the laundry schute. The smell in the room was bad. Service wise. and all too good.

Everything is great

Only booked this room based on the pictures that looked like they had a swimming pool - there is no pool It’s just a piece of grass. Also the breakfast staff was rude and wanted us to pay for food that we were still eating when using the free voucher tickets.

Property was ok for one night stay. 3 star hotel.

Our room was great didn’t need a thing. The only complaint we did have was a rolling chair and oval table on wheels in the room. Very dangerous for elderly people to sit and dress no dresser or drawers except night table. We stayed in room 241 I would come back to stay there again but you need to fix the above listed problem. All staff courteous and it was nice to have a place to buy snacks. We also recycled our shopping bags and bottles not to leave for the person who cleaned our room.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Plenty of dining and shopping in the area. Convenient place to stay when visiting Jones Beach.

Nice, affordable option. Breakfast buffet was disappointing and the service there was more ‘miss’ than ‘hit’

the ceiling was very thin and i was able to hear someone dragging luggage across the floor on the 3rd floor

I was not able to sleep all night. I felt unsafe as 2-3 times someone knocked at my door. I had to call reception desk around 2 in the night to tell them that someone is knocking at my door. Other times there was too much noise in the lobby. I haven’t had this kind of experience in any other hotel ever. Other that this staff was nice and polite
