Room had ants (discovered in morning,on the bed!), a torn bed comforter, 2 roaches and no room darkening curtains,only sheers. Manager stated I would have to go through Expedia concerning a comp or other reconciliation. Pictures were taken and shown to management. Rooms were changed for night#2. Upon checkout,no luggage carrier rack to be found. Typical comp breakfast served from a side room off the bar which I never would have seen had I not searched the entire conference center for a non existent luggage rack. Whether you book through a hotel or a third party,the hotel should immediately compensate such poor service. Clear understanding why rates were low

Nothing to like. No bathroom shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Bathroom outlet inoperable. Bath tub drain was clogged. Two Barking dogs! Food bad. Bed was ok.

The reviews online were generally not favorable, but I found our overnight stay quite comfortable. We were on the second floor which seems to be recently renovated. One review says it's hard to find, not at all, it's right off the highway. I never do reviews, but I think in this case it's warranted.

A good option if you just need a place to sleep. Was clean and as advertised.

Great location, lots of restaurants and shoppers close by.

Limited programming on the TV.The A/C was adequate at best.The tile floor felt cold and sticky. My wife has disability and couldn't step over the tub. The bed was very comfortable.The staff was very nice.Thank you very much Gary and Candy Taub

not very nice, weird location, misty smell

The staff were courteous and helpful but some helpful extras would have been welcome e.g., a map of facility, parking, etc. The facilities are in need of maintenance or upgrade. For example, the beeping alarm in the elevator was going off for my first two nights there, silenced sometime Friday afternoon. The pool had visible algae in the shallow end, so I didn't risk an ear infection to get in it. The ice machine was out of order the whole time. The fitness center had one of two treadmills out of order, but I managed to get time on the one working one. The hallway carpets were dirty and dingey looking. The stairwell door was consistently propped open with a rock (I presume so that smokers could come and go without a key card). When I returned to my room after two nights, carrying a full load and purchased items, I found my key card no longer worked... so had to hike to the front desk to get them replaced. The manager gave me his card and cell number and said to call him if reissued cards didn't work and he would come with tools to get me in. Thankfully, the reissued cards worked. Not sure WHY that happended. Fortunately, the rooms had vinyl flooring and fake wood, so there were no odors or dirty carpet in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet with AC running continuously. The fridge worked, but tended to freeze my water bottles and blueberries. Overall, the room and bed were adequate, but the amenities were out of order. Needs attention.

Had to change rooms. Drapes missing did not work. Took new room. Window sheers had many holes. Old building not well maintained.

The only negative thing I have to say about my room is that it was missing the privacy curtains. Thankfully my room was on a lower level and there were bushes outside the window to block visibility to the room.

Property was very nice.

Employees were nice. We did not utilize the pool. The food at breakfast was not good (rehydrated potatoes, texture of "eggs," etc.). The hallway smelled odd and our room smelled really terrible and we couldn't pinpoint the source. There were multiple cords plugged in and loose right next to the bed, which was concerning. The sheets were clean, so we made the best of it.

This is an older hotel that could certainly use an update or two but for its age it was jept very ckean and had all the expected amenities. Was just there for an overnight leisure stay but had time to enjoy the pool and would be willing to stay there again.

The hotel is Very old and overpriced. The poorly nasty hotel rooms.

Do not book this property - it looks nothing like the photos We did not stay - despite having prepaid - went to another property and paid way too much but could not stay at this place ever

Dated . Drains were very slow. Toilet slow to plugged. Would not stay there again.
