酒店位置算中心，晚上電單車很吵，酒店因為有些年份，所以有陣霉味，厠所排水系統有陣異味，淋浴排水有堵塞。前台有幾個職員不太友善，很冷，不客氣，但是有位亞洲面孔的女生，很熱情，還讓我們提早入住。酒店的法國餐廳非常好，我們住六天，連續吃了三天晚餐，非常值得。

我們選擇了美憬閣是因為它為在湖中島區，從Lyon La Part Dieu搭乘地鐵非常方便，側面是白萊果廣場，過了索恩河，就是纜車站，位置理想。飯店人員相當友善親切，室內空間充足，整潔舒適，裝潢小地方帶點典雅的中國風，是非常優質的住處。

Historic hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. But looks like the hotel needs a revamp. Overall the experience is good.

五星酒店，房间设施没得说，又在市中心，但美中不足是我们住的时候，酒店电梯在大修，我们只有搬箱子上下楼，楼梯间尘土较多。

Beliggenheten var veldig fin med gangavstand til gamlebyen og handlegaten. Noe støy fra biltraffik. Hotellet har en gammel stil, som bærer preg av tiltenkt oppussing. Rommet inneholdt møbler som var skitne og utslitt. Fugene på badet var skitne. Taket i badet var lapppet sammen og slitt. Frokostsalen inneholdt kakkelakker. Personalet var hjelpsomme og flinke. Innsjekkingen gikk tregt. Totalt så mener vi dette kun fortjener 3 stjerner og ikke 5 stjerner som de hadde.

Godt hotel, god beliggenhed, meget serviceorienteret personale og super morgenmad.

Prima hotel lekker ontbijt maar prijs kwaliteit niet goed. Het water liep niet weg in de badkamer. Het voelde een beetje als vergane glorie.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the property itself was charming, comfortable, and full of character. What made the biggest impression was the outstanding service. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I felt well taken care of from check-in to departure. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location and quite a good breakfast , could have been a few more choices. The plumbing in the Room needs attention , it seems most of Europe has poor plumbing , slow drains , toilets that do not flush well. Nice clean room and really helpful staff.

A beautiful hotel in s great location. They are doing some renovations on the ground floor but it doesn’t affect the great ambience of the hotel.

Lovely staff - very helpful. Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning. Comfy bed. Some renovations going on - not noisy but meant there was no restaurant at that time.

Staff friendly and accommodating. We were placed in an accessible room, which we did not need. Maybe a communication issue between us. However, we would stay there again. Renovation happening, but presented no problem. Again very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was beautiful. Bed and linens were comfortable. Buffet breakfast was amazing offering many choices of the local cuisine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located centrally, it was an easy walk to dinner and lots of shopping

This did not feel like a five-star hotel—barely four stars, in my opinion. The location and cleanliness were excellent, and breakfast offered good options with friendly service. Our junior suite was spacious, but the other rooms were surprisingly small for Lyon. The weak air-conditioning could not cool the rooms properly, and the common areas were average, with a tiny lobby. The check-in process was mediocre, and the front desk service was below average. Overall, the hotel’s facilities and service did not meet five-star expectations.

The room was very nice, but run down. we had a garden view. There was no garden and the windows were blacked out, it was claustrophobic. It was 39 degrees outside. The air conditioner did not keep room cool. The breakfast room amd lounge were beautiful.
