酒店位置算中心，晚上電單車很吵，酒店因為有些年份，所以有陣霉味，厠所排水系統有陣異味，淋浴排水有堵塞。前台有幾個職員不太友善，很冷，不客氣，但是有位亞洲面孔的女生，很熱情，還讓我們提早入住。酒店的法國餐廳非常好，我們住六天，連續吃了三天晚餐，非常值得。

我們選擇了美憬閣是因為它為在湖中島區，從Lyon La Part Dieu搭乘地鐵非常方便，側面是白萊果廣場，過了索恩河，就是纜車站，位置理想。飯店人員相當友善親切，室內空間充足，整潔舒適，裝潢小地方帶點典雅的中國風，是非常優質的住處。

Historic hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. But looks like the hotel needs a revamp. Overall the experience is good.

五星酒店，房间设施没得说，又在市中心，但美中不足是我们住的时候，酒店电梯在大修，我们只有搬箱子上下楼，楼梯间尘土较多。

Skuffende opplevelse med særs slitne rom. Rommet var støvete og sengen veldig slitt og vond å ligge i. Ikke verdt pengene. Betjeningen var hyggelig og hjelpsommme.

This small hotel is well located within walking of old city and great restaurants. Junior suite in tower was beautiful. First class in all respects. Fantastic breakfast. Very helpful staff that provided over the top service. Highly recommended.

It looks like it has been years since the rooms were renovated. Stained curtains, walls, wallpaper. In desperate need of a good clean and all kind of repairs. Excellent , attentive staff at reception and breakfast time. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Very expensive for the shocking state of the rooms.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and it is perfectly located for walkable journeys in all directions. Vieux Lyon is close by. There are markets on both the Rhône and the Saône. You can see the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière from the hotel, and it’s situated right on Place Bellecour. The amazing Les Halles Des Lyon Paul Bocuse is a short walk. Maybe the best part is that the cocktail lounge is magnificent in styling and has amazing mixologists. These gentlemen are professionals. I will stay here again. Great visit.

Parfait… comme d’habitude

Very nice hotel, but the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. It was quite hot while we were there, but the air conditioning was not operational. Our room faced the square and it was quite noisy. Not sure I would stay here again.

駅からのアクセスが抜群。地下鉄2路線の駅から1分。 インテリアはセンスよく、特に朝食会場がとても気に入りました。

upon arrival, after a long trip we needed a restroom (including a 90 year old man); their toilet was being repaired, they had one bathroom designated for guests but someone was occupying it for >15 minutes; the desk staff smiled and said"sorry, nothing we can do, you might use the public toilet in the square". This experience we will never forget or forgive. The room was very small with no accomodation for a second carry-on let alone a big suitcase. The location is good, the room service good.

Everything was excellent!!
