The shuttle driver told me the shuttle leaves in the morning for the airport on the half hour but that they would call my phone if I was not there a few minutes before departure. I was running late, but did not receive a call and missed the shuttle. The front desk clerk said that no one would have called if you’re not there. It was explained that registering for the morning shuttle was in part to enable them to call if you’re not there before the shuttle departs. Communication between the shuttle service and the front desk is muddled.

A great hotel stay close to the airport, which was important coming from Tucson to catch flights out of PHX. Mike, the shuttle driver is a gym and made my stay excellent. However, the attendant to the complementary breakfast chastised me for picking up a hard-boiled egg with my fingers when there were no tongs present, blaming me because she would have to throw away all of the eggs because I picked up an egg with my fingers.

Alles in allem sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Etwas hellhörig, aber das sind die neusten hotels immer. Am besten war das Bett, das sehr bequem war. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal nett.

Hotel and room was clean. Breakfast options were good. Outdoor pool is small. I didn’t like that there was a fee for a parking space.

Clean and close to the airport

Wonderful stay! Staff was friendly & knowledgeable about local area.

This property was just ok. Not the best Holiday Inn that I have stayed at for sure. Rooms had a musty smell and needed some updates. Breakfast was good though!

Comfortable room, but a bit expensive

Very nice, clean and convenient!!

After a 6hr flight from the East Coast we arrived to the hotel around 11pm byt the time we got our car. When we arrived at the hotel we were told there was no available parking in the lot due to airport shuttle parking. The owner of the hotel also owns 2 other hotels down the street and were told to park in one of them. We previously booked our last night stay for convenience as we had a flight out the next day. we were able to park this time in the parking lot but there would be an added $10.00 charge (they did kindly waive it) Talk about adding insult to injury. Very Poor Hospitality.

The hotel was lovely, but the shuttle drivers were not great. The lady that took us to the airport didn't give any information about how to get back to the hotel on our return. The gentleman that picked us up... wouldn't even lift our small bags and put them in the van. He was also driving for a coworker who seemed strange. The 2nd driver was not friendly or helpful. The other staff at the hotel always have seemed super nice, and that is why we returned.

No parking was directed to parking 3 buildings down the street . Bed was awful .. mattress old . Breakfast was good . I've stayed at multiple HI Expesses over the years ... usually good .. this one was terrible . Second check in (stayed when we arrived in Phoenix and then the night before we left ... prepaid ) the front desk tried to charge $10 for parking ... who walks to a hotel ? Never again at this one

Very convenient location close to Sky Harbor airport

This hotel was incredible. From the moment we walked in, we loved it. The staff were so friendly and kind. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The gym was above average and we had great workouts. The breakfast was delicious! Even our 10 year old picky eater ate well and said good things! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We shall be back!

Staff was very welcoming

The check in was inconvenient. I came for business and the room was booked with my bosses card. Although he sent copies of the card front and back and the filled out the form for incidental charges. They made my coworker and I wait about an hour to get checked in. The front desk clerk stated that they also needed copies of his ID front and back although he had already sent the front of his ID. Horrible service at the front desk.
