房间虽小，但床很大，足够两个大人加一个小孩的家庭舒适地睡一觉。位于湾仔中心地带，靠近巴士和地铁线路，出行十分便利。您可以从机场乘坐A11巴士直达酒店。

这家酒店非常舒适干净。酒店对面就有一家7-11便利店，方便购买零食，楼层里还有吸烟室。房间宽敞，每天都有人打扫，并提供瓶装水。酒店位置也相当便利，离地铁站不远。强烈推荐👍🏻

Nice hotel! Near to the city, restaurant and seven eleven.

如果您是第一次来香港，带着两个五岁以下的孩子，又没有旅行社、朋友或家人帮忙，肯定会有些担心。我们也是！早上六点抵达香港口岸，孩子们又累又饿。我们搭乘港铁（和印尼的地铁一样，您可以在Klook上购买八达通卡）。到达酒店后，我们担心提前入住的问题。幸运的是，酒店允许我们提前入住，而且没有额外费用！我们最初只预订了一晚，想体验一下酒店的设施、服务和位置。由于对酒店的服务非常满意，我们决定住四晚。我们的孩子在房间和大堂都吐了，但酒店工作人员非常友善地帮助我们，并免费为我们更换了房间。孩子哭闹时，他们还免费提供了玩具。酒店靠近湾仔地铁站、穿梭巴士、电车、出租车、麦当劳、快乐蜂、7-11便利店、自动取款机和清真餐厅。这次体验让我们下次来香港一定会再次入住这家酒店。感谢酒店出色的团队！

Nice hotel easy to get bus. All staff very helpful.

We booked 2 rooms but the services provided were different. One room received the big bottles of water, while another room received small ones. No slippers provided, we need to request so that we can get them. No bathing cap, no toothpaste provided. We hung the sign to ' Do not Disturb ', but there were maids entered to the room. Not professional.

Luas kamarnya di atas rata-rata, jadi lebih nyaman. Ruangan juga bersih. Lokasi di Wanchai, untuk ke MTR harus jalan lumayan. Daerah sekitar lebih banyak toko bahan bangunan seperti kitchen appliance, flooring, bathroom appliance. Jadi jalan jauh sedikit ke Causeway Bay buat shopping.

This hotel is up to my standards. Bright, clean rooms, helpful staffs and in a very good location in Wan Chai. Easy access to Wan Chai MTR, walking distance to the HKCEC and near good restaurants & bars too. Highly recommended

the room a little bit small for ‘novotel’, but could fit for all of us (2 adults 2 children). nice location. easy access to stores and restaurants.

อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ครับครัน พนักงานบริการดี ได้ชั้น 16 วิวห้องค่อนข้างดีมาก รอบๆ ร้านอาหารเยอะ โจ้ก หมูแดงย่าง เกี้ยว เป็นต้น ความสะดวกในการเดินทางพอใช้ได้ เดิน 5 นาที ถึง รถไฟฟ้าสถานี wan chai การเดินทางเข้า รร ลงเครื่องต่อ airport express มาต่อบัส h1 ถึงหน้า รร เลย ร้านอาหารรอบๆ เยอะดี แต่ตอนกลางคืนต้องเดินฟากติดถนนใหญ่หน่อย เพราะถนน ข้างมันดูเปลี่ยว ขากลับ รอรถ h1 มารับกลับไปถึง สถานี MTR HONG KONH ทำ city check-in แล้วนั่ง airport express ยิงยาวกลับสนามบินชิลๆ
