房間舒適豪華而乾淨,是一家典雅的飯店.

这家酒店的位置非常好！在市中心，背山临湖，离火车站仅步行五，六分钟的路程。 酒店的各种设施很全，也比较新，有高大上的感觉。我订的是湖景房，幸运的是前台MM给我升级到了一个面湖的小套房（带阳台），景观是无敌的好！房间的卫生间很大，也很干净。酒店的服务也很好，从行李员，前台到客房服务员，个个彬彬有礼，训练有素。这绝对是一家名付其实的国际五星级标准酒店，值得推荐！ 唯一不足的是房间Wi-Fi有点弱（我住的是521小套房，不知是不是因为在酒店端未的原因），且每次回房间都要重新联接，如果酒店能做这方面的改进，就非常完美了。。。 如果下次再来蒙特勒，我一定还会毫不犹豫地再选这家酒店！

Great stayed

Everything is fantastic, including location, lobby, room, and staff. This hotel is only 10 minutes away from train station by walk, if you chose the right way. (There is one elevator just opposite to Montreux SBB station.) Room is very spacious and luxuriously decorated with perfect lumination. I cannot pick up anything to critize. It's highly recomended!

The best hotel in town.

It wasnt exceptional. It is in need of a renovation.

The overriding memory of this hotel is the friendly smiling staff. All of them, reception, bell boys, concierge, housekeeper and breakfast staff were exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and has been recently refurbished. I didn’t make it to the spa but friends say it was very nice. The location is also very good.
