This hotel was a real Palace before. Very big green garden. Absolute excellent in services. But no heating in the room, we were felling cold at the night we check in but the hotel responded very quickly that they sent us a heater in room. Excellent hotel!

Beautiful hotel with super nice & helpful staff. The restaurant was delicious and served all kinds of food. From the welcome drink through our 5am departure we felt like family!!

From the minute we walked in, we were treated like family. Every staff member has wished us a Happy Anniversary, our room was decorated and we have received cakes and all kinds of surprises. #JaiMahal is the best hotel in Jaipur!!

Prices are too high compared to other palaces. Food was okay. There is nothing special in their activities.

We had a fabulous couple of days at the Palace. Akashdeep was absolutely amazing as were the rest of the staff. Very attentive, helpful and a very personalised experience. We will definitely be coming back to see and hear the beautiful peacocks in the morning over breakfast. Also to listen to the harmonious bansari ( Indian flute) in the morning and the cultural and classical performances in the evening. An absolute amazing experience staying in one of the most beautiful palaces in the pink city. !

Excellent property. Very helpful staff. Amazing hotel/palace. Food was very good, not spectacular. Breakfast buffet was very good, but had similar items most days. Overall execllent stay.

Properties tv and internet connectivity had issues.

Good hotel with clean and nice conditions. The staff have been very courteous. When there is a wedding on, it was quite loud with the music and drumming.
