Just a very pleasant well maintained clean hotel with good friendly ambience where everything worked flawlessly from check-in to check-out and all the complimentary room supplies were adequate not only in the room but well stocked in front entrance in breakfast restaurant area. Comfortable beds.

The outside of the hotel looks very grungy and dirty. Neighborhood seemed extremely unsafe. Front desk service was very dry. Not very hospitable or welcoming, but not rude either. Just did the absolute bare minimum, and very monotone. The rooms; Walked in and the ac was in heat mode. It was a typical FL summer day so 94/96 degrees all day. So the room took about 6 hours for the room to cool. Then to top it off I woke up to use the restroom at 2am and found a roach crawling out from under the baseboard and another on the desk in the room. I know it’s not a 4/5 star hotel, but does that mean we’re expected to sacrifice basic communication, hygiene or cleanliness?

Room needs better disinfectant. Furnitures need to be replaced. Breakfast… no bananas, jelly (one flavor) on Saturday and on Sunday none. Fitness center advertised but none on premises.

People living in the stairwell for days with office knowing ,lady in front desk very rude! No help at all . They require a 200$ deposit but can’t show you where it says it any where .let alone doesn’t even say when you book about a additional deposit

It is a great place to stay on vacation or a business trip to super clean good attention the only thing I would say is that they can reduce the use of chlorine in the rooms sometimes it penetrates a lot and it is something uncomfortable otherwise I have no complaints I would stay there again
