One towel that was dirty, electrical outlet hanging out of wall with exposed wires, when told at checkout was asked if the towel was wet, since it wasn’t they’d fold it and hang back up. Shower knob always broken and wouldn’t stay hot. Bed felt like concrete with straw on it.

Although the 1 staff member we saw tried his best and eventually gave us a new room our first room did not have a comforter and the sheet was just thrown on. New room was missing towels and pillow cases. Not to mention the toilet was not clean. No ice. Phone in room did not work so I spent the first hour walking back and forth to gather items needed and switching rooms.

The hotel is dirty and in disrepair. We had three rooms and all three had black mold growing in the bathroom tub. Two of the room reeked of cigarette smoke even though they were booked as "non-smoking" rooms. As soon as I checked in, the staff who checked me in ran ahead of me with a can of air freshener and saturated the rooms which made the smell even worse. The beds were very uncomfortable. The mini fridge had brown splatters all over the interior. The shower head "dumped" water out in one stream like it was a tub faucet and the "white" shower curtain was yellowed for about a foot up from the bottom and had a horrible smell. The bed frame was bigger than the mattress and stuck out causing injury to our shins from running into it. If we had not gotten there late and had to be up early for an event we would not have stayed. This is quite possibly the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced and I'm "grandma" age. Never again, Wyndham.

Horrible

Short and simple review: arrived at 2:45. room not ready until 3:20. No towels! Damaged wall, molded parts of the room, damaged fire alarm, damaged bathroom lights that made a humming sound, the phone in the room was just decorative (not working) to call front desk. No refund, so we had no choice to stay. Recommend a health and safety inspection because I'm certain this place will be shut down!

Need some work

I won’t stay again. Linens were dingy, sheets on bed looked like they’d been slept in already. Dead bugs in bathroom. Room smelled like poop, even after I sprayed an air freshener I had with me. Hoping I didn’t bring any bugs home with me from there. Breakfast was minimal.

Room wasn’t fully cleaned, bed was half made and stains on the comforter, floor was swept in the corner, dressers wouldn’t open.Tv didn’t work

Our stay was comfortable

Bathroom countertop looked new so did the floor. However the floor was not kept clean. Major dirt and dust and grime throughout the entire room. Main floor was sticky. I didn't feel comfortable walking on the floor without my shoes on. The only reason we stayed is because the mattress was not stained when I looked and it was late and we were sovtired that driving more was not an option. Got back on the road after a few hours of sleep

Very friendly staff best hotel in the area.

Eh this was a bit of you get what you pay for. The place is a bit old and run down. It was clean enough bit it's hard to clean old sometimes. There were quite a few dead bugs found. I mean i guess their pest control is working since they were dead but id rather not see roaches when i stay somewhere.

Needs someone me TLC in rooms.

The room had painting that was peeling in places. My room had a kitchenette which I didn’t ask for or need, but because the room was small my bed literally touched the wall for the kitchen area. I had to slide the bed over so I could get to the bathroom area.

Can'T even start terrible experience not worth a dollar. Had to sleep in car. Beds were smelly, yellow toweletts broken lights door showed exterior damage and there was no emergency postings. Totally unsafe not recommend unless its no other option

Good stay, there were a couple of things that are admittedly picky about the cleanliness of the room (dust and dirt in the corners and bathrooms etc) but overall a good stay for the price. Good customer service and a good rate.

Front desk personnel were very pleasant but the place is in very poor condition overall. Towel racks were off the wall.

Price was good. Stayed there because Tallahassee was overpriced due to graduation time.The bed was comfortable, and amenities were sufficient for our one night stay.The updates looked nice, but the bathroom was not. Tried to clean it but it appeared to be grout stains in tub.The toilet seat was not the right size for the toilet. The bathroom door knob had left a large hole in the wall. Most concerning was the hair dryer got too hot and could only be turned off by unplugging it. Seemed like a safety hazard.
