The hotel was fine. Room was basic. We stayed here for a convenient location. There was an extreme amount of road noise. They provided ear plugs and a sound machine for this reason.

Staff were SO KIND!! Everytime!!! So clean!

Excellent 1BR suite, lots of space, large kitchenette, balcony with river view and view of whiskey row, hot water, good pressure, clean linens, comfy beds, nicely decorated. Great location for bike trails, restaurants, bars, etc. Friendly staff, encouraged us to keep bikes in the room. Paid parking $25/day and not directly connected to hotel, so you have to use separate elevators. Starbucks has limited hours. Overall a great visit.

Good location for the convention center. The bad. The house from the traffic outside is constant and loud. Even at night. Shower pressure was weak. The toilet needed to be flushed two or three times to ensure everything went down. The air conditioning didn’t work. No matter how low we tried to turn it, it stayed the same (even after asking how to turn it down). Hot, sleepless night because of the temperature and noise. Bed was ok.

Staff was excellent!

Lack of luggage carriers to take things up to room.

Super loud traffic

Did not get the room we booked. They put us in handicapped room. Said they didn't have to give us the room we booked because we used a third party service. Another member of our party was Bonvoy platinum and hotel didn't give them the room they booked through the hotel.

The staff was great however the room was extremely loud. We left a day early. The outside noise was extremely loud. We lwdt Saturday morning instead of Sunday. Very disappointed

Beautiful room, comfortable beds, great view. Short walk to the KICC, where our event was. Short walk to Whisky Row. Love Louisville!

Mattress was way to hard-- slept in the chair most of the night. Water in shower was warm-- couldnt get it to be hotter

Nice place to stay- great parking

The property was nice......nothing fancy. The property should really invest in some garbage bags for the garbage cans in the rooms. Additionally, the pillows were awful. We had to ask for a few more which were much better.

Very loud and possible unclean furniture.

Cafeteria closed too early

Friendly staff, great location. Close to the expo center and many good restaurants.
