Very friendly

The hotel is very nice, and our room was very clean! We stayed here a few times in the past and I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Ludington. They have a cool arcade and pool, with free cookies at 8 pm every day

Great location for going to the beach as well as any activities going on downtown!

I was disappointed in the pool and hot tub. I was pretty much irritated by the chemicals on my skin from the hot tub and the strength of the chemicals in the atmosphere was very strong.

Nice hotel. All the ice machines on the 1st and 2nd floor we saw were out of order. Did find one working on 1st floor near loby. Long way to go...

Friendly staff, clean, spacious room with comfortable bed abd plenty of pillows.

This location was excellent for a family trip with multiple children under the age of 6.

Melissa at the front desk went above and beyond to help make our girls trip fabulous. Gave us great tips for the area and cookies.

Great pool nice, warm clean the hot tub could be fixed onky 1 jet worked. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet and comfy!

Room was great, bed was comfortable. No water pressure in the shower!! Breakfast looked decent, we didn’t stop.

Elevator could have been cleaner.

I was there in ludington mi for my childhood friend's wedding and it was the most positive, impactful, experience I have ever received in every aspect of getting a hotel. Which is why I will definitely come back

We had a great stay! We had 2 children with us that loved the pool and game room. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was a great add on as well.

One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at. Very clean and comfortable. Nice welcoming staff. Pool & hot tub area 5 very nice!
