Hotel was ok. Room had a weird smell to it and mattress cover had a stain on it. Queen beds were ok comfort wise. Shower curtain rod was loose and hangs down so curtain ends up in the middle while showering. I pushed it up and it worked better. Breakfast was ok also.

We had a good stay.

Room and towels smelled moldy. Bed was uncomfortable and furniture was threadbare.

The young lady at the front desk is professional and personable.

Check in was quick and easy. Nice property. Updated and very clean. Will stay there again.

Everything was great about my stay, but the staff in charge of the breakfast on the morning of 06-22-2025 at approximately 9:00 AM. Some of the items, milk and eggs had used up by previous guests. The staff at the front desk had to find the dining staff to come back to her position is the way it appeared. I remained in the dining area for about 30 minutes longer and that staff member did not look like she loved her job one little bit!!

Our room was cleaned and tidy every day and the grounds were attractive and well kept. The wifi in the room was weak and kept dropping out with an Apple phone. The breakfasts presented were iffy at best, and the carpeting on the main floor outside of the checkin counter was absolutely filthy with various forms of food and other debris which was not vacuumed at all during our stay. This motel has great potential but was a letdown. Thank you.

The property is easy to ind and close to everything in the tri cities I was traveling around to. Staff was very happy to help with anything we asked for and went above to make my stay enjoyable

This was an excellent place to stay near eating and shopping places. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Only one ice machine for a three floor hotel not except able

When a toilet of clean water backed up and flooded our room the front desk handed my sister towels and a plunger! They told us they didn’t have a room to move us to and only helped clean up the water when I went back down and told them they needed to clean it up.

Mostly all the lights in the room is malfunctioning. No where to charge phones, bathroom very horrible and the duvet brown matching bed bugs color. I could t sleep due to fear of bringing back home bed bugs. Except for the exceptional treatment from the front desk staff, the total experience is horrible.

We came in for a softball tournament in the area. The rooms were convenient and clean and there was space for the team to meet in the evening for dinner.

Very clean. The handicapped room could have had a taller toilet, but plenty of grab bars. Didn’t eat there. The coffee was good. No regular creamer, only flavored. Liked that hours for children were limited in the pool. I would stay again

These people have been so good to me. I got out of a very bad living situation & the manager here has been so supportive & helpfull & kind.

C breafast was good. good-Rooms were quiet Bad-- need more electric outlets in rooms.

Very comfortable beds and the pool is great! The staff is friendly.

Great place to stay. We got there often during our road trips!
