My day was completely horrible smell like cat piss when I walked in the room AC leaked all night. I used all my towels to drop the water spiders in every corner brown water. When I turned on the faucet for the tub everything was just a failure.

The property is outdated. There were stains on our walls, inside the tub. The floor looked liked it needed to be vacuumed. Overall just didn’t look the cleanest

Fire alarm missing, bed sheets had cigarette burns, card in room stated breakfast would be served on Saturday until 10, I get to breakfast and they had another 8x10 post that it ended at 9. Towel were very thin , small and hard. Head board on bed was nasty, floors was nasty behind doors. Hallway and elevator was extremely hot. Ice bucket did not have a top and to top it off the water was cold, refrigerator was missing temperature knob and it was rusty on the inside, sprinkle rusty.

Cleanliness needed alit in the room. But in the lobby and breakfast area much better.

This property is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The popcorn ceiling in the room was falling down, the refrigerator was filthy, the curtains were so old they were falling apart. The bed was co.fortable and clean but this hotel needs to be updated immediately.

This was a solo trip and the customer service was amazing, the room was clean , linens clean. Overall my stay was great.

Over priced hole on the wall. Only out of dire necessity am i getting in the shower. Tempted to leave and get another hotel. The tub looks like they poured plaster in it. Debri and pee stains on floor.

Great stay, but room was not too clean. Spider webs in room & bathroom. Dust & dirt in room.

Great customer service but, its definitely time for some updating as we walked in the room we realized that there were burn marks on the sheets along with damage to the doors in the tables there was a roach in the refrigerator. Great customer service from front desk.

The tub in my room and shower curtain was not clean

The room was dirty the was not clean the ceiling had mold on it The microwave was so old. It is peeling on the inside of the microwave and it is so small. You can barely put a plate inside of there. The carpet was dirty. The chairs had stains on them.

I really can't say anything bad. Needs a little touch up in the room. Like bathroom door knob was too loose. I almost got stuck in there. Need to up date outlet for USB cord. I found hair on my bath towel. In the corner of the bathroom could be cleaner. I saw a roach. The bed slept so good. Everyone was very nice and polite. I would stay here again.

The first room we were given smelled like mildew which prompt me to check the air condition/heater. At that point I observed mold on the wall around the unit. The young lady, Jaime, at the front desk, showed us 3 rooms that were in the same conditions. We took the room that smelled less of mildew. We covered the chairs with towels because they were stained. Hotels.com I highly suggest you take this establishment from your website. It is not up to par.

Stayed with my family. Staff was super friendly. Location was perfect..right off the exit ramp, surrounded by gas stations, fast food options and Walmart was right across the street. Breakfast consisted of sausage, eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, toast, bagels, yogurt, waffles, cereal & fruit. Room was clean, beds were comfy. My only complaint would be the towels. They were the perfect size for small kids...not so much for adults. Would definitly stay here again, but would pack a couple towels.

Wasn't please with the bathroom. They placed a mat over what felt like a whole. They can also do better on their bedding.
