Room was OK but charged $3 for a small bottle of water in the room. Pub food was super salty but staff friendly.

The fire alarm was on all night. They didn't know how to turn it off.

The property is beautiful. The staff was friendly professional and helpful! Very clean too.

My bathroom did not work. Early morning had to go downstairs to use lobby bathroom. Reported it the gentleman on duty had no concerns or interest in assisting me with this issue except yelling he would report instead of offering a room that the bathroom works. Returned back to room early morning bathroom still not work. So I checkout she stated I will be able to get another room but í

Bad food (cold and overcooked) and facility not maintained. Great staff but room, particularly the bathroom was small (matchbox) which made the room feel way overpriced.
