I wish I could give this hotel a higher rating because it is nice - but the lobby bathrooms were unacceptable. The worst was we discovered the comforter had blood on the underside in the morning.

Close to several restaurants

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast options were limited but fine. It was showing its age but was decent for price paid.

Absolutely amazing. Large room. Large, open public space. Great breakfast. Sadly, some guests dumped their trash in the rear parking lot and it sat there for a couple days.

The staff was great. They had a young lady from another property who was super helpful. The staff was the best thing about the visit. First room giving stains on the couches carpet and wall. Second room didn’t even go into because of the same thing. Third room less stains but tolerable… took a shower in the morning and the shower drain backed up and debris came from the drain… i just left to my next destination and showered there…

Very good value

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There were blood stains on the couch, chair, windows, and bedding. There was hair in the sink as well as in and on the bed. The bottom of the tub was black. The air and fan did not work. The people hanging out in the parking lot were dealing drugs and I did not feel safe. Unfortunately, I felt safer IN the dirty room than attempting to leave. This place shouldn't be on Expedia and it shouldn't have anything higher that zero reviews. The girl at the front desk was pleasant but that's the onlu positive thing I have to say.

I wish all my hotel rooms overall were this nice. However, it would be nice if you had a box of Kleenex and towel racks at each of the 2 sinks. Also, the 'kitchen' gal should come around to each of us when it came exactly 9:00 AM, to ask if we wanted anymore food, before she started wisking it away. Otherwise, I really appreciated a very nice breakfast.

The hotel seemed nice via the pics online. We check in the person was super friendly all the staff was. The room was okay. The ac didn't work very well and the toilet made a horrible noise every time you flushed it. It seemed like a party hotel. Cops showed up guest got kicked out. Not my style.

I like price

Great stay at the Lansing Quality Suites as usual, but the breakfast is definitely not the same. I hadn’t visited the area in a while to be able to stay at the hotel, and so I wasn’t aware of the changes. I was used to having made to order breakfast prepared as it has been for years. Now the hot food served is just like every other hotel (normal continental breakfast items, waffles, microwaved eggs and sausage patties). I also miss the home made Quaker oatmeal they used to have already prepared when I came down for breakfast. This time I had to pick what flavor oatmeal packets I wanted for the breakfast associate to heat up in the microwave behind the counter. Don’t get me wrong, the spacious rooms and good customer service is still there. The hearty breakfast is what made me reserve this hotel for so many years, but I may have to explore other options when visiting the Lansing area in the future. Tom is definitely missed for sure!

Staff was great and very accommodating to get us a new room. The first room was dirty and smelled like smoke. Second room wasn’t much better. Definitely not a 8.8 rating. Will not stay here again.

The first room i was pose to get which was a double bed it was not clean when i arrived but they fixed the problem by giving me 2 king size bed rooms for the inconvenience which was fine with me

Great room and great stay! Clean and attentive staff definitely will stay again on our next trip.
