Thank you for a great stay. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and friendly. In the morning when I came past the front desk to get breakfast a lady was very upset and yelling at the same gentleman. Something about housekeeping had come to her room at 7:30 am when she had the do not disturb sign up. I heard her yelling that at him 3-4 times. Your staff person was talking very quietly and politely to her even though she certainly was not politely complaining. After having breakfast I went to him and told him I was sorry that the lady had yelled at him, that there were better ways to complain without yelling and to not let her ruin his day! He should be commended for dealing well with this lady.

The ice machine was broken, the front desk would give you a small amount of ice in the ice bucket. The elevator did not work. Staff was pleasant and willing to help when items ran out at breakfast.

The desk attendant was very kind and helped us up with our luggage bc the elevator wasn’t working. Beautiful and clean kitchenette room (only one burner wasn’t working on the stove). The “balcony” over the entrance of the hotel was an added bonus. We took our chairs out and watched the sunset and it was peaceful. Very spacious room and quiet. Can we talk about the breakfast?! Lots of choices and lots of food!

Everything worked. Had a comfortable stay. Easy parking. Near good restaurants. Keurig coffee maker in room had decaf pods and tea. You could bring your own favorite pods. Breakfast had good coffee and good food options, including sausages, eggs (premade plain omelette style) and hash browns. Not a luxury hotel but the place exceeded my expectations.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

The room was clean and comfy, the staff were helpful. The breakfast was mostly gone when we showed up at 8:45 AM, the juice was warm and the dispensers didn’t work well. There was a spill on the floor near the fridge that was a hazard. I had to ask the staff member to bring more breakfast items as breakfast was supposed to go until 10 AM. The hashbrowns were soggy which is too bad.

Adequate for a one night stay, but would have chosen another hotel if there was availability.

Room was nice and clean, and jet tub was nice. Bed was comfortable. However, only one coffee pod in the room, and the TV didnt work. The breakfast was poor in that there were only 3 sausages for 6 of us. Owner didnt seem in any hurry to get more food, and it was still early (7:30 am).

Unfortunately as soon as I walked in the room I found hair on the floor, damp towels and a cigarette butt ontop of the fire place. With spending almost $200 for a single night i would expect cleaner. And with paying through this site they said they were unable to give me any amount of refund.

The room was okay, the bathroom was so small, you have to stand on the side of the toilet to close the door and get to the shower stall. The bottom of the shower door had a really bad build up. The bed was comfortable. I dropped something and it rolled under the nightstand when i went to get it the dust and cob webs it were pretty bad. Our first morning we went down to the breakfast room and there was no coffee, no sausages or bread. i asked the front desk for the missing items, he did get the sausages and bread but couldn't find any coffee. He came back and said they were out. I told him the guests sure wouldn't be happy knowing there was no coffee and they weren't. I took pictures of the dirty drawers when we were looking for cutlery and what a mess. The fruit was beyond eating, very old bananas , oranges and apples. The bag of creamers were in a cupboard instead of the fridge. There was ketchup on the walls. It was pretty dirty. Also If you have any mobility issues just so you know there is no elevator. We were on the third floor and it was really tough hauling luggage up three flights of stairs when you are a senior. I did ask if they had a room on the bottom floor as i just had back surgery and they said no.Very disappointing but my fault for not checking the hotel befor i booked. He said he would give us a discount but upon checking out he said we booked through Expedia so we would have to wait.

Maybe accommodate and not overcharge

Our room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and we had seven deer walk right by our window in the morning.

Breakfast was okay, in room jacuzzi was a bit dirty around the edges. My TV was missing the HDMI cable. Overall okay for 1 night

No hot, no swimming pool.problem with bath/shower.
