Wonderful stay, friendly stay, a lot of fun!

The room was clean, but freezing. The beds were wayyy to hard and pillows no neck support. When my child went to take a bath the water came out yellow…

Ashley the front desk manager was wonderful, helpful and very accommodating. She deserves recognition for her customer service Greg at the Kingfischer poolside bar was exceptional. He was entertaining, great with kids and attentive to all guests. He goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy and well taken care of.

The room was wonderful. We stayed in Cobia building which was close to the pools and bar. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had a partial ocean view which was amazing! This hotel had everything! We enjoyed spending time by the pool each day. The surf was rough so we didn’t go to the beach. My only suggestion would be to change up the music list at the pool. We listen to the same five or six songs over and over each day.

Room was fantastic. Pool was nice and Hotel was well kept. Beach was very pretty and relaxing. Only thing I didn’t like was that you have to rent beach chairs and towels. $60 per day.

2nd time staying at Ocean Pointe and I only positive things to say. Location, staff, etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful quiet place to escape!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The layout was really nice and spacious. We felt like we were in a penthouse suite! The living room with expansive windows and a decent sized kitchen were really nice. Loved the banquet style dining table. The design and furniture selections were really well done as well. We loved how there were several pool and spa options as well so we didn't feel too crowded. Will stay again!

The oceanfront unit had a great view. It was quiet after 10pm. Very clean. Pool was great. Beach was good. The neighborhoods near the hotel looked a little sketchy. I checked the Florida crime map and this area has one of the highest crime rates in the state.

It could use a lot more lighting outside to be able to walk around at night. Also didn't like the $20 a day extra parking. The beach was nice and clean to walk on. Things were nice during the day.

We stopped in just for a night on our way down the coast. The property and room was very well kept and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy. We stayed in the southern most building which is separated from the main resort area. If you have kids you would probably want to be in the main area where all main the activities are. Great stay overall, just wish it could have been longer.
