客房乾净，服务态度好

everything was great. the pool was a little blurry though. and you have to take the car to access the metro station

the pool was a bit blurry but the slide was so much fun and a very beautiful hotel with amazing staff

The staff of this hotel make this hotel one of a kind. They were extremely accommodating, thoughtful, helpful and friendly. I can talk about how awesome the pool slide is and the restaurant/bar but I can’t let anything take away from how amazing the staff was - unfortunately the max rating permitted is 5 stars… 10 stars !!

Good location - closer to the airport, kids pool with a slide was great. Lots of parking spaces on the back side. However, it was crowded as there were lots of other big events being hosted in the hotel.

The staff was supportive and there were lots of events going on! So if staff was busy helping in those event that’s the only time you have to be patient to get them work on your request/ room service!

The kids loved the pool as it had a water slide! It’s under construction, but likely why we got such a good rate for such a nice hotel!

The construction bother me

Staff was extremely rude. Room was clean, the attached doors are thin as paper. I could hear the people next door loud and clear as day, they might as well have been in my room. If you want to have a good night sleep, don't book there. I was up all night and would have slept better in my car. Nice big tv, but don't have Netflix or anything to connect to watch movies or anything. Probably one of my worst hotel stays in my life. No breakfast.

Great place to stay with the family. Friendly staff and great service. Had a great meal at the restaurant. And a fun pool to spend time with my family.
