Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.

酒店无可挑剔，坐落于卡尔卡松古城中心，古典豪华。由于卡尔卡松是一个占据制高点的军事要塞，所以要爬一会儿山才能到达酒店，不过，酒店提供上下山的专车接送服务，只需提前邮件或电话预约，即可享受。可惜的是，我们是在到达酒店后才得知有这项服务，如果酒店能提前告知该服务，那样我们会轻松很多。

我与朋友一行订了五间房，其中，有4间房是等级比较高的房间，但是店方给我们提供的房间差别还蛮大的，我们理解古堡酒店的不相同，但是，在我与前厅接待人员交涉的时候，她们表达了各种不耐烦，这一点，让我在入住酒店时带来的总总期待和惊喜都消磨至尽，总体来说，这是一间好酒店，因为它所处位置的唯一性

Meilleur hôtel pour visiter la cité de Carcassonne au centre de la forteresse sincère merci au voiturier, bagagistes qui ce son occuper de nos bagages et de ma conjointe en fauteuil roulant du stationnement jusqu’à l’hôtel et les réceptionniste très très sympathique qui nous ont accueilli et à notre départ mention spéciale à vos petits sacs roses très jolie moi et mon mari avons tous apprécié un vrai 5* encore merci.

Un magnifique écrin au cœur d’un lieu chargé d’histoire, la junior suite est spacieuse et sublime, un décor incroyable. L’hôtel est l’ancien palais de l’évêque. Tout était parfait.

The hotel is simply beautiful and so in keeping with its surroundings. The attention to detail is excellent and the service provided is also excelkent. Just a wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in the walled city. The hotel is in an amazing 1920’s design, very stylish and elegant. Saying that the bathrooms could be overhauled, fresh paint and plumbing. The staff on the whole were very professional and helpful, especially the reception staff. The garden bar staff could have been more attentive. Good choice of food for breakfast in a wonderful setting, overlooking the ramparts. The outside pool area was a welcome addition, especially in the soaring heat. Overall a wonderful break in a lovely setting.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Helpful staff, lovely garden bar protected from the wind by the medieval city ramparts, and a jewel of a pool tucked behind the Gothic church. It's hot here in the summer but the room A/C was up to the task. The best place to stay in Carcassonne.

This was an amazing experience from arrival, the stay the staff and everything else. I just highly recommend this hotel. Its kind of expensive but it also worth it. To be able to stay within the Carcassonne city was truly great. Thanks again to the hotel staff for making our stay such a memorable experience!
