The receptionists at check in were extremely helpful. My mom needed an accessible room and they made a significant effort to allow us an early and late check in/out in an accessible room. It was a bit cumbersome getting back and forth from the beach to the room. we needed a golf cart. however, they were usually very responsive. However, I do recommend having at least one or two accessible wheelchairs or chairs with hard backs available on the beach itself. It was great that they had a lifeguard on duty because the rip current was strong. it was very quiet and peaceful not many people were there and it felt very relaxing. all the amenities were very well kept and beautiful. my one main issue was the food /cost. The food was very expensive and the quality was not great. Filtered water was not easy to access and it was very expensive to buy. overall, it was a great place, and does require some advance planning if you need any extra accommodations but the staff will do their best to meet your needs.

The location was nice. Some of the staff was not very friendly. Additionally, went to the free breakfast and the waiter mentioned that water, coffee and orange juice were included. Was instead charged for the buffet fee because we ordered an OJ.

Has a great European vibe. The views were breathtaking.. and it was a quiet resort so you could actually relax.

El hotel está muy padre, los precios un poco caros dentro del hotel pero razonables. Hay personal muy amable y personal no tanto, quizá faltan meseros en el área de la alberca.

Todo fue perfecto a excepción de la ropa de cama.Cuando llegué estaba muy percudida y con manchas y pedí el cambio. También la temperatura en la habitación era un poco calurosa.

Nos agradaron las amenidades de la habitación, las instalaciones, las vistas, el diseño de los espacios comunes, la atención del personal y las albercas

El lugar está increíble, las habitaciones todo bien, lo malo es que si llegas al hotel después de las 22:00 hrs no hay servicio al cuarto, el bufete del desayuno muy pobre, solo 2 guisados y nada ricos, (pancita y cerdo en salsa verde por mencionar algo ) además carisimo $$460 ppp. El personal muy amable, las instalaciones lindas, Sofía en la recepción super atenta a todo lo que necesitarás.Volveria a regresar solo por mejorar el tema de los alimentos..

Estuvimos 4 noches, dos de esas noches, jueves y sábado, el hotel tuvo eventos, bodas creo, y el sonido es muy fuerte, estruendoso, los cristales de nuestras habitaciones vibraban con el ritmo de las cumbias, muy desagradable. Las opciones de comida son pocas, el restaurante de la playa no se da abasto, las papas fritas saben a aceite reciclado, poco personal, alimentos muy caros para la calidad que ofrecen. El desayuno aunque buffet es muy caro también, pocas opciones, el pan muy feo, los platillos ordinarios. En realidad es un hotel con una ubicación magnífica en cuanto a la playa, aunque de oleaje fuerte, yo evitaría comer ahí, los cuartos aunque renovados no pueden ocultar su edad.

This is not our first stay at CR. We loved it in the past. This time, we noticed that the service has deteriorated. We did not even have clean bathroom towels. They left us with the bathroom size towels as hand towels and no wash towels. We had ants in the bathroom, we had to ask to check the temperature of the refrigerator since it was not cooling and asked for fresh pillows because they smelled stale and musty. They made our bed only 3 times in the seven days we were there. We also had an incident with the bellboy who challenged us when my brother came to visit and have breakfast with us. He made a “smart” remark insinuating that we were having a three persons affair in the room. I had to talk to the front desk staff who indicated that the manager would talk to us. That never happened. That guy does not represent the care and smiles the rest of the staff had.

I really enjoyed the peacefulness of this resort, the beautiful beach (with seashells!), my oceanfront room view, the delicious daily breakfast, and the friendly staff. The age of the property is noticeable, but if you don’t mind carefully stepping over a few cracked walkways and asking for your musty pillows to be replaced, you’ll appreciate the reasonable price and lack of boisterous crowds. 🧡🌊☀️

Hotel cómodo, como lo son los hoteles de grandes cadenas, sin embargo necesita remodelación, la habitación tenía varios desperfectos, así como la alberca privada de la habitación se encontraba en mal estado.
