Good location,but very old .no recommend

Hotel céntrico con muy buena ubicación por todos los tipos de Bares, Restaurantes o Puestos de Comida que hay alrededor, fácil acceso a varios lados de la Ciudad desde Av. Reforma, y varios medios de transporte cercanos (Metrobus, Metro, etc.). El Edificio y el interior del Cuarto en si si están un poco viejos notándose su deterioro por el tiempo o falta de mantenimiento (Pisos agrietados, Paredes o Tapetes un poco descoloridas, Ventanas algo polvosas, etc.). Sin embargo, si me gusto el espacio amplio del Cuarto que me hospede, ya que contaba con Sofá, una mini Cocina (Frigobar, Estufa de Microondas, Cafetera/Tasa/Platos), y hasta Mesa para Comer. Por lo que, si es para una estancia corta o para estar todo el día afuera y regresar a Cenar (con algo que compraste de regreso) o Dormir, no esta mal el Lugar. Además de que el Personal del Lobby que me atendió fue amable, rápido/eficaz, y hasta me guio hasta mi cuarto, por eso fue otro punto a favor. Si lo que buscan es un Hotel Bonito, Bien Mantenido, y Centrico, hay otras opciones cerca con precios de 1000-1800. Pero si esa no es su prioridad, y lo que quieren es un lugar sencillo/barato, esta podría ser una opción. Ya todo dependerá de ustedes y de con quien viajan.

El personal fue muy amable, siempre atentos. El hotel es muy sencillo.

Realmente me agrado que me facilitarán una 2da tarjeta para mantener la electricidad en la suite y el refrigerador pudiera mantener congelados los productos que lleve, muchas gracias

Habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento, no tienes acceso inmediato para conectar tu computadora si necesitas trabajar en la mesa, la limpieza no es muy buena, se ven manchas en pared y azulejos de baño, tinas quebradas algo asqueroso la verdad, No hay aire acondicionado, el aire que hay es el general de el hotel hay que abrir o cerrar una ventanita para que entre aire "acondicionado".

The hotel was in a great location for our stay. The restaurant below was good, although our rate didn't include breakfast. We ate dinner there and it was good. The rooms and lobby are pretty "Tired" looking. Everything was functioning but in need of an update.

El hotel en general me pareció muy bueno , lo único malo es que NO hay estacionamiento u ofrecen un servicio en algún estacionamiento cercano con tarifa preferencial,es elemental tener en donde dejar los autos , la noche que me hospede con ustedes tuve que buscar estacionamiento y pagué $536 por la noche

Al bufet le falta más variedad

Habitación limpia pero muy descuidada, a mitad de la noche te apagan sin aviso el aire acondicionado, las llaves del baño llenas de sarro, el lavabo regresaba el agua sucia

The staff was generally kind and attentive, Overall, customer service was good, and I understand the staff is not responsible for the hotel’s condition. However, the room does not match the photos or advertising at all. The kitchen had two burners, but only one worked. The exhaust fan above the stove had no fan installed. The air conditioning is very old and extremely noisy, and there is an opening in the wall for sir ventilation that makes the noise even worse. The biggest issue was electrical: every time we used the AC and the stove, the breaker would trip — this happened about 7 times, Leaving with no air-conditioner and the room is not that fresh...Next day, the breaker started to smell like pastic burning which was honestly concerning for us . We reported it, but the situation didn’t improve cause Later, the bathroom lost power completely, and we were forced to use phone flashlights . I booked this place specifically for the kitchen and air conditioning, and neither worked properly. The owner have to do some serious renovation to mach the advertising online.
