Clean room, great experience.

Very nice hotel quality, the room has everything you expect. The location is really good, too. The only problem for us is that AC is making continuous noise. It’s not so loud, but one of us has really light sleep. So it made her difficult to sleep. (Also, for our room, there’s almost no cellphone signal. But we got a room of building’s inner side

Walking distance to Pioneer Square, and easy affordable fare for uber rides to major tour spots, plus MAX light rail directly from PDX airport. Front desk staffs are truly helpful when asking for services. Thank you!

The staff was so friendly and helpful, we loved everything about this hotel and would stay again. Very easy to get there on the MAX red line from the airport and very central location for a home base while visiting Portland.

The staff were so friendly and all seemed like interesting people! They were helpful and the hotel was attractive, clean and comfortable. It was in a convenient location near the waterfront. I also loved that they have filtered water available on every floor. Would definitely stay again.
