I choose this hotel because it was near Polo Park and Olive Garden. And an additional bonus was the pool with a water slide, a hot tub and a wading pool. I would stay here again

I was upgraded because when I walked into my room there was a drill in the bathroom, shower curtain on the bed, no towels. Staff was great & apologetic but even the upgrade is old- the hotel needs some work!

Easy to park and easy access from the lobby to the parking lot, Nice lounge, friendly and helpful staff.

It was nice and relaxing stay

Booked 2 rooms about a month ago. When we got there we find out our rooms are on opposite sides of the hotel on different floors. Could have at least put us on the same side. Not impressed.

Mall

The only problem was the tvs in both rooms did not work … only one worked on 3 channels for a few hours and the front desk person did not have a solution…ivfinallly worked on the wires behind the dresser and was able to get a few more channels for a short time in the morning on one tv only

The pool was slimey. Cold. The bed was great.

Parking was ok, the lobby was ok but had an overall old building smell all over the building. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was some questionable red smear on the bathroom wall. Crumbs on the floor and beds. The carpet off the elevator on our floor was quite dirty.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping showed up to clean the room our second day, I declined and simply exchanged some towels. My only complaints was noise. The hotel is right across the road from a fire station, so i heard sirens multiple times during the night, also i heard chatter on a security guards radio outside my room door multiple times during the night as well.

Perfect Location with great parking available and walkable access to Polo Park Mall. Also enjoyed the on site restaurant and bar, The only negative was road noise…

Oddly the window overlooked a storage room beneath the pool. Where the lights are always on and there is sometimes noise from the pool. It was annoying not to be able to look outside..Everything else was good.

Parking

Smell of cigarette smoke was horrible. Beds were the most uncomfortable and lumpy It looked like the floors were segregated by race. It was all around not a good experience. Needing a rest after being in the hospital and losing a loved one. Then being asked to pay a $200 deposit for a room that wasn’t even worth it. No I would not recommend a stay here. Our regular hotels were fully booked and too tired to keep looking.

Switched to a room that was extremely different than what was booked. Should have been offered a discount for the inconvenience. Told to take it up with Expedia. So far after more than a month, nothing done. Went at a time that the hotel was hosting evacuees. So expect some changes but should NEVER have been expected for an inferior stay.

Was easy to select not too expensive

We rented a room we weren't allowed to check in! As soon as my husband tried to show his ID that guy didn't even take a glance at it and told us we couldn't check in because of our Indian status card! I am very upset with your desk clerk from Monday Sept 15,2025. Your site should be exposed as frauds!!!! Takes my money but doesn't let me stay in my room I paid for!!!!

Unfriendly checking in and out. Hotel has lots on people lingering around outside, kind of unsafe feeling not to mention very unwelcoming. I wanted extended my stay via hotels.com then because the unfriendly reception said try back tomorrow so i looked online and they has rooms available. Anyway booked extra two nights and they wouldn't accommodate me anyway they wanted me to check out and then check back in at 3 lol. Complete non sense again unfriendly. Then they tried to hold my funds because all of a sudden my reservation was cancelled because i asked why they couldn't accommodate me since i had been staying there all week. I managed to get my payment back because it wasn't me who cancelled my booking it was the petty unfriendly staff who cancelled it. Crazy
