This was the worst hotel experince i have ever had.
I booked on expedia in my 18 year old daughters name, using my credit card. She does not have her own credit card, but she and her friend wanted to stay close to the mall and go shopping.
When we arrived, they would not let her check in on my credit card, she had to have her own. They would not take payment or damage deposit through my card, even though I was there.
If the clerk had been apologetic, it may have been easier to take, but he was rude and condescending, and made me feel like a less valuable client for booking through a travel app.
They offered no solutions for our dilemma and I ended up having to book a room at a hotel down the street for her.
I am still working on getting a refund for this room that no one got to use.
