I stayed in Ruffles siem reap for my first time and I was there for my honeymoon, their service was excellent with very attentive friendly staff, everything was taking care of very well. The swimming pool Was massive and comfortable and prefect for getting a bit of sun tan during my holiday.this hotel treat every customer as a special guest, they welcoming me with a brunch of very beautiful lotus flower they tidy up the room in the evening as well as in the morning so I can just relax myself in a bubble bath after a long walk in the Angkor Wat. The champagne breakfast was luxurious and yummy, with so many varieties to choose from. Thank you Ruffles for giving me such a lovely holiday, I am already missing the hotel, the aspara dancing show with buffet and the friendly staff, I would highly recommend this hotel to whoever come to visit the kingdom of Cambodia. Can't wait to stay in Ruffles again in siem reap in the near future.

总体感觉酒店人员训练有素，不像之前看到的点评，说对中国人有歧视。其实只要你自己与人为善，用赏识的眼光看待他人，就一定能得到别人对你的尊重。

房间空调声音大，冲凉时，水忽冷忽热，2700一晚，性价比不高。

暹粒地区，知名度第一的酒店，所有的tutu车司机，只要知道你住莱福士，立马会流露出欣羡的目光，然后感叹你是“有钱人”，如果你喜欢这种感觉，那么选来福士吧。莱福士里有不少古董，也是这家酒店的基调，除此之外，还有非常豪气的花园，占地算是暹粒酒店中数一数二的大了。至于舒适度，性价比，真的不怎么样，房间算是暹粒五星酒店里数一数二小的了，设施也很“古董”，舒适感大打折扣，至于服务，这家酒店有歧视，对待亚洲人和欧美人，是两副嘴脸。

This place is amazing. The service and staff were impeccable the entire time. We were addressed by name everywhere we went which was a nice touch. The ambiance was stylish and just beautiful. The early morning awakening ritual is a must. Thank you for the unforgettable memories.

There’s not much to say, other than that this place was perfect. The attention to detail was amazing. I looked for flaws too, and found none. The staff and manager were excellent. Very attentive. I only stayed here one night a week ago, but I would loved for it to be longer. This is a 100 year old hotel that is maintained to perfection.
