Room and lobby were very clean. Noticed that some lighting fixtures were a bit loose and the mini fridge had some trouble getting cool. All other aspects of my stay were wonderful. I would recommend to other traveling into Worcester.

The staff was very friendly, very welcoming. The room was clean and cozy, there was construction in the area and they had printed maps of the detours for easier travel.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival. The refrigerator in the room was broken. The snacks available after hours were not impressive. The courtyard in the morning was dirty, not picked up from the previous night.

They were able to accommodate our family with only a few minutes notice. The staff was awesome and very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed and shower were great.

Property feels dated but clean. Just new pillows, mattresses and sheets would go along way at making it feel more like. Place I would return.

bed was super comfortable and was easy to get everything. Never got my refund back for the deposit

The bed my husband and I had had a rusty metal bar hanging outside of the bed frame and my husband hurt himself very badly. He went to front desk and they gave him some ointment and a bandaid. Maintenance guy came inside room to see the metal sticking out and did nothing. While house keeping is every other day we encountered a dirty room. They did not clean or replenish our coffee station, they left wrappers and the old coffee pod inside the machine, straws and just all the trash still sitting on the table. The bedside table had trash such as napkins and empty bottles of water and were left there. We stayed in room 101 which is on the main floor and it faced the exit to the outside parking lot and street and the door slammed so often so loud it would wake us up. There was also construction on the other side of the hotel that started at 5am and it was also very loud and woke us up. So not a peaceful stay at all.

Our room was on the first floor, near an exit door. Early morning wake up with the slamming of the exit door. I would not book a ground level again.
