靠近车站，街对面就是两家商场。附近有公共澡堂和水疗中心，但由于正在装修，所以没去过。

Kamar luas untuk standar jepang. View bagus sekali untuk high floor. Resepsionis dan staf yang pandai bahasa inggris. Dekat dengan stasiun shin sapporo, lawson dan aeon. Bed yang nyaman, mesin kopi yang bagus, recommended untuk keluarga bersih.

Sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta dan subway. Hanya saja check-in baru bisa jam 3 sore. Sarapan cukup lengkap dan tempat yang luas. Bisa titip bagasi jika belum visa check-in dan staf ada yang bisa berbahasa indonesia.
