very nice hotel, service is good and able to fulfill our request..

I had to pay the breakfast charge that was about 40Euro before checking out. However, the lady from the reception desk wanted to charge me 300Euro and she gave me an attitude that she thought I didn't speak English before I was even going to ask her any question. I was confused and told her that I had paid everything through Hotel.com and I asked her what 300Euro was coming from. She told me it was "government tax" and did not bother explaining anything further. She continued to have my credit card wiped and made me sign the bill. This is my first time to France and I had a flight to catch so I did not want to start a fight with her that might ruin my day and I did really act like a gentleman. Fortunately, at the end she somehow realized she made a mistake. This is an unpleasant experience and never judge people by their skin color.

This was a great place for us to stay. All staff was very kind and helpful. Location excellent close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Did not feel like a 4-star hotel. Maybe a 3-star at best. Small hotel, the smallest elevator I have ever seen, small bathroom. The pre-paid breakfast was not worth the money. The worst breakfast I have had anywhere in Europe. No coffee choices besides drip coffee. Apparently there was an espresso machine in the Staff Only room and we could ask for espresso but only found out by accident on the last of our 4 day stay. And too far from Metro to be convenient.

Internet indisponible. Fenêtre donnant directement sur escalier de secours extérieur et panneaux lumineux "sortie de secours" allumés toute la nuit. Lit confortable et petit déjeuner excellent. Donc attention à la chambre qui vous est attribuée. Personnel d'accueil très serviable.

The hotel was great. In a nice area with lots of restaurants and quiet for sleep. The team were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. I would definitely stay again.

Enkel frukost, man får koka dina egna ägg och brödrosten tar bara 2 brödskivor åt gången. Ena dagen var det kaos vid frukosten, fanns inga sittplatser och det mesta var slut, så ät tidigt. Rent men enkel standard, lungt läge. Lite lyhört, hörde när grannen visslade.

Nice centralized location with a safe family oriented environment. Hotel staff was amazing especially with the language barrier. Swimming area was perfect for peaceful relaxation and the breakfast bar was very well set up.

Everything was great! The staff was very helpful, the housekeeping keep the room cleaned and filled the water bottle up for us. The private pool and sauna was my favorite, very nice!

An excellent hotel except for the design of the bathroom, where the actual toilet was crammed into a small corner.I am of average build, and I had to contort myself whilst on the toilet seat.A well built male or female would have immense difficulty in doing so.(To be fair, this may only be true of the room I was in). Also, the sugar served at breakfast, apart from the brown sugar, was caster sugar, which is used in baking, not for putting on cereals..The coffee was poured from a jug, which was a welcome change from getting it from a machine. I liked the hotel, but I'd need to inspect my room's toilet facilities before I went back.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the TV did not work. Otherwise, it was small but sufficient, decently priced, front desk was courteous.

Confort de la literie correcte. Par contre chauffage, très déficient. J’ai eu très froid, il était impossible de chauffer la chambre. La direction m’a soutenu que c’était un chauffage centralisé et qu’on ne pourrait rien y faire, je pense qu’il faisait 17 à 18° dans ma chambre problème aussi avec l’éclairage très violent au-dessus du lit qui ne permet pas de se détendre avant d’aller se coucher.

Service client catastrophique pas d’accès à la piscine hors que je réserve pas . Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas il fessait très froid je suis déçu .
