very nice hotel, service is good and able to fulfill our request..

I had to pay the breakfast charge that was about 40Euro before checking out. However, the lady from the reception desk wanted to charge me 300Euro and she gave me an attitude that she thought I didn't speak English before I was even going to ask her any question. I was confused and told her that I had paid everything through Hotel.com and I asked her what 300Euro was coming from. She told me it was "government tax" and did not bother explaining anything further. She continued to have my credit card wiped and made me sign the bill. This is my first time to France and I had a flight to catch so I did not want to start a fight with her that might ruin my day and I did really act like a gentleman. Fortunately, at the end she somehow realized she made a mistake. This is an unpleasant experience and never judge people by their skin color.

Great location and nice staff.

Hotel in una zona silenziosa ma comoda vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Non lontano dalle stazioni della metro. Hotel confortevole, pulito con personale gentilissimo.

Hotel was in a quiet location a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Lots of cafés in easy reach for breakfast, also restaurants in walking distance. Metro stations also within a short walk. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the lack of a proper bar for evening drinks.

Hôtel plutôt bien situé, mais j’ai eu droit à une chambre où il faut être contorsionniste pour pouvoir accéder aux toilettes. C’est juste hallucinant de proposer ça. Si des personnes sont en surpoids par exemple, c’est juste mission impossible ! Dommage, parce que l’accueil est très agréable et le petit déjeuner est minimaliste mais acceptable.

Comfortable clean room with full amenities, bed on which we slept well, fully functional air conditioning. Clean bathroom, towels changed daily. Simply maximum satisfaction with the hotel and its excellent location and price.

The property has the regular things you would expect from a hotel, towels, clean bedroom, shower, and an elevator. The staff is very friendly and kind. There is also a laundromat next door in case you need faster assistance than the onsite laundry service. The elevator on the property is very small and sometimes has some issues closing the door. You can certainly hear your neighbors through the night and the in room heating/ air conditioning is a little weak. But the hotel is in a great location and is overall clean.

Qualité - prix incroyable. Très bon hôtel niche au cœur de Paris tout est accessible à pied. Des restaurants autour. L’hôtel est propre, literie confortable et propre , personnel accueillant et gentil. Cerise sur le gâteau il y a une piscine et sauna privatisé pour un créneau de 45 minutes / personne. Les yeux fermés un des meilleurs hôtels de la place

Property is well worn, rooms are small yet it was expensive

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Location is quite good. Property can do with some updating but for the price, it’s worth it. Very pleased with my stay.

Good quality hotel in safe area. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of eating places nearby. Convenient for metro and train. Nice room with comfy bed and air-con. Room service every day. Very clean. Breakfast offered a good choice.

This hotel is a little gem in Paris! I could slightly hear the noise of the room next to mine but it didn’t bother me. The staff was nice and the location ideal, far from tourists but still very well communicated with public transportation. Highly recommend!
