Very good on service. We lost something two times, one is in the breakfast restaurant, and my friend forgot something in the room after checking out. They called us to pick it up. We are very appreciated their carefulness. Next time, we will book this hotel again, in addition to the good location and nice view with Pearl River.

Customer service tidak bisa berbahasa inggris, hotelnya sedang renovasi jadi berisik selama menginap. Mau sikat gigi saja tidak ada padahal hotel bintang 4. Alasan ketika ditanya katanya penghematan.

booking kamar dengan breakfast tetapi ketika sampai hotel dikatakan breakfast untuk 1 orang. Menunggu info dari pihak online untuk konfirmasi tetapi sampai hari ke 2 belum ada info apapun.

Lokasi hotel oke tetapi bilik dalam tak di vacuum dan non smoking tetapi sekeliling tetap smoking by guest lain.

Order non smoking room but give smoked room, small bad.

Location was great, but it’s too pricey for that old hotel.

Location is the best for shopping market and pedestrian street. Bear to the Beijing Lu and Haizu square and River

located near attraction and restaurants nearby was very delicious. there were also restaurants parallel to the building and tastes good too.

Very absurd arrangements made by booking agents. We specifically made remark for 2 travellers, breakfast coupon was given only for 1 person. Have to pay extra 90 RMB / day. Never have this issue when choosing stay with breakfast before. An older hotel but with prompt transport to Canton Fair. The hotel’s breakfast was very basic (compared to other hotels with similar pricing) and not enough seats for busy season like Canton fair. Nice view from 38th floor breakfast area. Restaurant within the hotel 2nd floor serves better food. Hong Xing restaurant next door is also nice and convenient for buyers and suppliers

Excellent hospitality and services. All staff are helpful. Room was clean, nice. We got a highest floor, river view is excellent, good to choose this hotel. Breakfast is good enough as 4 star hotel. It's just walk few mins from underground. Really enjoy a trip

We enjoyed the hotel's surrounding area. Walkable distance to Beijing Lu and many wholesale malls. Hotel provides bus to Canton Fair. Several items that we found disappointing: 1. On check in, staff advised that the booking only covers one breakfast. This aspect wasn't advised during booking or provided in extra information page. After talking to call center, was resolved that they will refund if we end up using "extra" breakfast during our trip. 2. Breakfast menu for our 11 days stays were same menu. Only menu that was changed were their congee / porridge menu. Hit food menu were the same for whole 11 days. 3. On check out, we asked concierge to help getting a maxi taxi that should be able to accommodate our luggage, but instead were told that we needed to get their minivan service which cost twice more than maxi taxi. this also happened when our friend was going to airport from the hotel. single person with one luggage was told they can only call maxi taxi, whereas normal taxis were visible on the street. One big plus we had was the friendly staff that was stationed on our floor to greet guests whenever they are out of the lift. Kuddos to her.

I always book a room for 2 people and usually get breakfast for 2, this time, they said that it is generated a hotel voucher with only breakfast for 1. This never happens before.
