整个入住期间，所有员工都非常友善，就连客房服务人员也总是热情地打招呼，确保我们一切安好。入住和退房都非常快捷方便，尤其考虑到我们是午夜前才入住的。房间总是保持着很高的清洁标准，即使我们不小心把东西掉在床后，他们也会帮我们放回原处。酒店地理位置优越，靠近多个车站，附近或酒店内就有许多快餐店可供选择。酒店设施安静整洁，包括健身房和洗衣服务。酒店提供丰富的免费洗漱用品，并且会及时补充。早餐种类丰富，比其他酒店要好，虽然每天都吃早餐有点贵。

我们一家人在酒店住得很愉快。酒店位置优越，靠近餐饮和各种便利设施。

Great place to stay if you are attending an event at the Tokyo Dome area. Hotel is OK. Modern and there ' s a couple of convenience stores around it for supplies. Train is about 5 mins away.

Stay here for the coldplay concert. It was worted every penny. Location very near the tokyo dome. Only 500 meters. Room is clean, great water pressure, you can send your luggage to everywhere in japan by yamato. Just ask the receptionist they will gladly help you with your luggage. The staff is very friendly.

Tokyo Metropolitan Edmont located down town Tokyo in Chiyoda Area where all the government building located.. Good for those who need accommodation in downtown area.. Service was Good, Lots of convenience shop near by.. Many good Restaurants in walking distance.. Two nearby subway station Kudanshita Station & Lidabashi Station.. easy to stravel around Tokyo and surroundings..

Untuk hotel dan fasilitas cukup baik tetapi kami trauma karena kehilangan barang berharga dikamar hotel (jam tangan) yang sebelumnya ada di sebelah TV dan setelah kamar selesai dibersihkan cleaning service jam tersebut sudah tidak ada. Ketika ditanyakan mereka jawab tidak tahu dan tidak ada tindakan lanjut dari pihak hotel.

Room is very clean and good location close by JR train Idabashi station. All staff very helpful and have free bus to disneyland. Recommended if stay in Tokyo.
