1.有電梯 2.距puddington車站步行約5-10分鐘可達 3.房間相較其它倫敦飯店，空間算大，兩個28吋行李廂同時打開都還有空間，此次住行政房。 4.早餐不錯吃。 5.浴室備品沒有每天更新。

酒店位置特别好，闹中取静，离lancaster和paddington地铁站都很近。paddington站旁边几个快餐都有了，还有中餐、牛排什么的，tesco超市也非常方便。 我们住的是地下一层，有窗那种，很舒服。早餐也不错，尤其是omelette非常好吃。 钥匙是复古的实体钥匙，很有调调，但是也很大不好拿。 值得一提的是每天房间会给自治的饼干，超级好吃！ 总体来说，住的很开心。

We were arranged at room 602. Which is a room on the ground floor and right next to the kitchen/ restaurant and get very noisy since 630am. Apart from that , it's good. Just wish you're not given ground floor room

洒店離Paddington 火車站，地下鐵站只是十分鐘腳程，乘HeathrowExpress 到機場只要十五分鐘，非常方便，附近有多間餐館，洒店房間清潔整齊，工作人員有禮，服務盡心，洒店餐飲亦出色，

靠近Padditon站，去倫敦周邊或機場都方便，不過酒店位於排屋其中一單位並不是獨立一庢建築物，可能要花少少時間揾。另外，因為我訂房時不包早餐，酒店職員推薦我買每天GBP25兩人的早餐卷，我要了四天，check out 應該是GBP100, 但他們說邑GBP300, 我當然不會付款，後來他們說是職員出錯，最後我當然只付GPB100, 在這點各位朋友要小心檢查收費

The hotel was very close to Paddington Station and the room is in clean condition. Just a little bit small size is expected. I have not try the restaurant in the hotel as there are many restaurant in nearby area. The staff is very nice and helpful and the facility inside the room is also enough.

The staff were truly exceptional. Kind, conversational and always on the ball. The condition of the hotel was quite dated - at least our room. The photos on Expedia didn’t quite translate into our experience, sadly, so it’s unlikely we’d stay again. On the plus, room service prices were very fair for London. Thanks for our stay.

Lovely historical home with great art. The location is close to Paddington, very convenient. The staff were very friendly and even insisted I take an umbrella which turned out very handy. The building is older so you hear some stairs creaking but nothing terrible and did not impact sleep.

Everything about this hotel is great - the location, cleanliness, staff and food. I highly recommend it for both tourism and business stays.

客室は清潔で、リクエストのホットタブがありました。１泊だけでしたが、ホットタブが確約できるなら連泊したかった。スタッフには、アーリーチェックインやチェックアウト後の荷物預かりにも、親切な対応に感謝申し上げます。

Two of the men at the front desk were very friendly and helpful as was the man at the door.

The room was lovely and spacious. We greatly appreciated the warm welcome and fruit plate as well! Some confusion was had between the two staff members regarding a “complimentary” upgrade vs paying for one and of course we had to pay for what was stated to be complimentary. Otherwise great stay and loved the balcony.
