The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly. I had plenty of options for meals around which was convenient.

If you’re visitng from out of town or out of state, and are use to 4 star or 5 star hotels, dont bother going. Without getting into details, if you’re expecting the best, then this place is not it.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. I paid about $400 per night after taxes, and it was not worth it. Check-in staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, making my daughter and me uncomfortable. While the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean, the carpet was sticky and gross. Both nights were filled with noise (barking dog, loud guests, and constant highway traffic) making sleep very difficult. For this price point, I expected much better. I will not stay here again.

I stayed at the Hilton for five nights but there was no housekeeping of the room for the whole time. I asked the receptionist to have housekeeping come to my room but she just shrugged and said, “I’ll see if they’ll do it tomorrow” but that was my checkout day. Very disappointing, this used to be a great place to stay but standards seem to have slipped.

This hotel was disgustingly. My floor smelled like a high school locker room.

The whole experience was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sitting area outside and inside was perfect, very good bacon,egg and chesse on a roll cooked made to order

Very quite place I had no WiFi during my visit could not hook up the game consoles for my kids or any computers in the rooms front desk could not help. Other wise I do like it here could be a little cheaper due to certain things. Hallways are very muggy. It can get a little hot in the place

It’s one of my favorite hotel when I come to CT. Service is really good and The Staff that work at the Hilton are friendly and welcoming.

Honestly loved the stay but I’m really pissed off my boyfriend and I were trying to sleep and the fire alarms went off for no reason for a good 30 minutes on and off. And they didn’t not even give us some money back for the inconvenience. There was no emergency or anything just a malfunction.

The Manager kicked me out . Told me not to step foot on the property or he would have me arrested. This is after I spent thousands of dollars. The manager needs to learn to take care of all clients.

The room was quiet and comfortable and clean. The reception we got at the front desk was terrible. The host was rude and disrespectful. I couldn’t even hear her talking she was so quiet. I asked another host for a shower chair, she never mad eye contact with me and said I think so. She asked my room number 3 times. I called the restaurant for their hours the person answering was so unpleasant. The one guy who was great was the fellow in charge of the breakfast. I will not return!!
