Housekeeping never gave clean towels even though I set out the dirty ones. Never checked if we needed toilet paper or cups, etc. The lady at the front desk was lovely!!

My wife and I would stay here when we visit family at least once a year. We won’t stay here anymore. The breakfast is terrible now. The coffee was burnt, our room smelled like cigarettes. The hotel suppose to be smoke free. There was trash in the hallway for two days. The man at the front desk not friendly at all. So we will definitely look elsewhere to stay

The 1st room they put me in was gross. Toilet seat falling off, went to close the window curtain and it was stained top to bottom with some reddish orange substance the consistency of fruit jam, trash can when you got off the elevator was over flowing and a pile of garbage was accumulating beside it, looks like neither a mop or broom has been used on the place in weeks. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel first opened a long long time ago and are nothing close to the shambles it looks like now. Tried to cancel my room and get a refund so I could go to another hotel but no management was there to assist. They offered me a new room and allowed me to look at it first. Thankfully it was a huge improvement over the 1st one.

The hotel itself is in total disrepair and the room stank.

The room smelled of cigarettes and it was filthy..they need to fire their cleaning staff of buy them glasses...mirrors were dirty,TV's same, the so called living room had a 50" TV that didn't work so they just put a 37" in front of it with a broken stand so it had a bad lean,floor was dirty and sticky..bed linen stained..found the coffee pot and the microwave with broken parts and both didn't work..windows on the inside were dirty...air conditioner/ heater in both rooms so noisy at night we had to shut them off. We had a suite and it was more like a train station waiting room..the furniture was old,dirty,and broken.....Stay somewhere... anywhere else but here. For a comfort Inn it was disgusting.

The added a night light in the room that is extremely bright. And you could not turn it off.

Extremely dirty rooms, terrible service, smells like cigarettes from the entrance to your room. Will never go back there
