Everything was good, fair price

The breakfast and front desk are good ，but the room cleaning was terrible, on the first day the bed sheets were very wrinkled and didn't seem to have been changed, there were 5 of us but the toilet only had half a roll of toilet paper. The next day when we returned to the room I found that the toilet bowl still had obvious urine in it that had not been cleaned.

Everything was good bed was comfy. The only bad thing was the elevators are too slow.

The rooms are spacious and I front of the hotel there is a H-E-B so convenient if you need something and it is a walkable distance to the river walk

Great location. It was nice that there is an HEB market within walking distance. Room was clean, however there is no air conditioning in the bathroom. Also, the air conditioner auto adjusts to 74 even when you set it at a certain temperature. It would shift up 74 in the middle of the night and in July, that is not very comfortable. Also when we were gone during the day exploring downtown we would come back to a very hot room and have to lower the temperature several times throughout the day.

Our room had a bad smell so I went to the front desk and they said they'd have maintenance come and look. It turns out they poured chemicals down the drain from the room above to unclog it and our room smelt bad for hours. Maintenance sprayed the room and said they'd come back in an hour. The front desk said they were booked otherwise they'd move us to a different room. 3 hours later, no checked to see if the smell was gone, which it wasn't and we went down to check out. They stated they could not refund us for the second night.

Walking distance from HEB. Super convenient in the downtown area

Long waits for elevator..old dirty mattress in back by trash...limited parking...dirty pool,breakfast area drink machines was down need new signs on the floors by elevator so u know what floor u on or getting off on

It was a very nice hotel. Customer service is excellent, except that… We had a room across us constantly smoking weed., it was strong. Also I was checking out and t I turn around and I was reading my paper/ receipt and fell to the floor running into a black item, not sure what is was but it was not meant to be there and they had no sign to be careful. I tumbled.over it falling to the floor. I didn’t severely. Get hurt just scratches on both knees and elbows but humiliated embarrassed out of 4-5 employees watch this happen but only one seem to care and be concerned
