地點非常便利

旅館進門無行李通道，必須自扛行李，不太方便。 交通很便捷，就在歌劇院旁邊。

我們明明是訂的豪華雙人，但是一開始給的是普通雙人，我們和服務台表示不是我們原本訂的房型，服務台卻說給我們的這間房就是豪華型的。爭論了一陣子才帶我們看另外一間，雖然另外一間比原本的要好很多，我們也最終入住了，但是之後發現也不是豪華的，只是給了行政套房。這間酒店的誠信非常有問題，員工服務態度非常差。非常臭臉！

Good location. 1mins to beautiful Mateo 1 opera station. Walking distance to almost every points. Fresh food. People are kind and professional. Lots of restaurants nearby.Room is big and clean. I will stay next time.

住宿在opera站，不到2分鐘的路程便到酒店，附近已有多間餐廳和精品店，購物食飯已十分方便，搭鐵路到不同景點也很方便。距離換錢所也只是十分鐘走路的時間。服務人員十分友善，房間舒適齊全，雖然沒有吃自助早餐，但經過酒店餐廳感覺很華麗和舒適。整個體驗很棒！

Good location, tram and airport bus station nearby. Some tourist attractions in walking distance. Good buffet breakfast. The bathroom is very small, when you open the door, it blocks the shower.

Excellent breakfast buffet, great location and helpful staff who were more than happy to keep our cases after check out to allow us further time to get explore. They do offer a transfer to and from the airport but this is slightly more expensive than booking an uber yourself. All in all would recommend and we would stay again.

Great location. One tiny incident during the stay - power was out in the area at around 5am. Luckily, it’s resumed within hours before dawn.

Tolle Lage. 1min zur Metro/Bus. Parkplatz dabei. Super Service am Check in. Mitten in der Stadt. TOP!

Very helpful staff, quiet and clean room, lovely washroom , within walking distance to Hop on Hop off bus and St Stephen’s Cathedral. Lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend this place !

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Excellent, central location, easy to walk and use the public transportation. The air-conditioning is very 👍

Would like to have known that there was not a bathtub in the room chosen. We chose this hotel Because of this as it showed on the pictures.

La habitación olía mal. La moqueta apestaba a moqueta usada y sucia. Además, la habitación olía en general a dormitorio (sospecho que hay que renovar el colchón y las almohadas). Me quejé en la recepción y me dijeron que se lo comunicarían al gerente y que al día siguiente me ofrecerían otra habitación. Pasaron los días y me quedé en la misma habitación hasta el final de mi estancia. Además, en mi humilde opinión, el hotel no es de 4 estrellas, sino de 3 como mucho. Sería necesaria una reforma importante, tanto en las instalaciones como en la estética, para merecer 4 estrellas.

Hotel moderno, a due passi dall'opera e a cinque minuti a piedi dal duomo. Stanza grande che ha superato le nostre aspettative, con tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare. Le pulizie verso le 15 possono essere un problema ma noi ci siamo adattati. Colazione abbondante, salata e dolce, e la disponibilità di due dispenser con thè e acqua fresca nella hall, è veramente gradita. Soprattutto dopo una bella camminata. Personale disponibile e paziente con ogni nostra richiesta o informazione. Buono ma non economico, il trasporto aeroporto-hotel e viceversa (49 andata, 38 ritorno). Siamo rimasti nel complesso molto soddisfatti.
