这家酒店位置不算市中心，但交通便利，搭乘电车很方便。它坐落在一条美丽的运河边，环境清幽，正合我意。酒店员工热情友好，乐于助人。我很喜欢酒店的内部装潢，维护得非常好，而且房间面积对于欧洲酒店来说相当大，还配备了浴缸。

We had a pleasant stay but there were some problems with room cleaning.

The location is pretty far from Dam Square. You need to take tram which take 10 minutes walk from the hotel. At night, it's a bit scary for me to walk at the surroundings as it's very quiet. I stayed at the classic room. The room is clean but the furniture is a bit old.
