棉被起毛球，上面有髒污，飯店有點小老舊，隔音非常非常的差，洗澡忽冷忽熱，沒有乾溼分離，洗完澡水會留的到處都是。 早餐非常不好吃。 唯一的有點就是有免費的wifi,然後不會lag～不推薦來住。

the location is good and close to the train station florence SMN, about 10mins walk. the room space is reasonable. the staff is nice amd friendly the breakfast is simple, sufficient for the basic need, have bread, yogart, coffee,... the only thing to concern is the floor in the room, in bare foot, after some time, your foot will have some dust

it was nice staying. Staffs are helpful and polite. Breakfast was okay.

Central hotel with spacious rooms. Also had a free breakfast. Would recommend

Rooms were a little bit small. The bathroom was also very small and no place to put your toiletries around the sink. the TV was small up were able to get some English speaking channels. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was delicious. They also offer free water.

O hotel surpreendeu positivamente: atendimento gentil, quarto confortável e com amenidades, ótimo chuveiro, ambiente silencioso, localização ótima e café da manhã satisfatório.

The room was relatively quiet, clean, and everything was in working order. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. One of the gentlemen gave us an awesome local restaurant recommendation an easy 15-minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast service was good as well.

Great location, 5 minutes from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral.

L'hotel è in centro a pochi minuti dalla stazione. la stanza era grande così come la doccia. il problema è stato il doppio materasso scomodissimo e la mancanza di appoggi in bagno. la pulizia del bagno purtroppo non è stata impeccabile. la colazione giusta senza troppa scelta. la via è molto trafficata soprattutto nel week da persone urlanti (ma qui la colpa è dell'educazione delle persone). diciamo che per due-tre giorni max lo consiglio.
