The staff were really kind and fun! The room was clean, nice and spacious. Their breakfast had a lot of variety! The only 2 reasons why I gave it 4 stars was because the shower drain was clogged and the water wouldn’t go down and the pool towels hadn’t been washed and were over flown in the hamper so we couldn’t dry off. Other than those 2 fixable issues, we would stay here again if we had to be back in the area.

We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and had a decent experience, but unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The first room we were given had multiple issues: the bathroom mirror light didn’t work, and there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The entire room felt damp and uncomfortable. We set the thermostat to 65 degrees, but after six hours, the temperature never dropped below 72. We called the front desk, but there was no maintenance available, so at midnight, we had to pack up and move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better — the temperature wouldn’t go below 70, and the humidity remained high. While we appreciated our past stays, this experience fell short, and we’ll likely look for other accommodations in the future.

Fix vanity area sink faucet. Need a better dinner menu. Not all Hyatt menus are the same. Front desk was very nice.

They did not have a room available for us. They said it was Expedia’s mistake. Had to rebook somewhere else and paid much more.

It’s a nice place to stay. We have stayed here a few times. The selection of tea for breakfast should be more.
