综合评分和评论 Hotel Indigo LONDON - PADDINGTON by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Not a typical Indigo Hotels I expected. The female Asian-look front office could have been more hospitable and helpful to fellow Asian travellers. Room is very small. Safety deposit didn’t work even after calling 3-4 time for repair. Curtain was damaged. Rubbish bin was not replaced. The only good about the hotel is location closed to Paddington Station and Underground. Will stay somewhere else if I visit Paddington again in future.
