Bad experience, they said they have parking, but actually they don’t have it. I come here at midnight with 4 hour drive, and then they told me they don’t have parking, they ask me to park at street and ask me move my car before 7am, I don’t know how I can just sleep 3 hour, nobody coming to solve the problem, terrible service and not really clean room

Roomer larger than expected. Doing updates that did not affect us. The most amazing part was the staff!

Great location, convenient to city walk!

Pros: location - close to Times Square, subway, 5th avenue. Inside hotel it was very quiet even though close to very busy areas. Large area with coffee, tea and water with tables and chairs to hang out / eat. Cons: would have liked to have a safe in the room; room was on the smaller side.

It’s a nice hotel, but my room was right by a huge fan or cooling unit outside and it was very loud in the room.

Todo muy bien!! Solo están remodelando uno de los elevadores y la espera era un poco larga. Y que aún no me devuelven el depósito del check in.

Water bottles to fill up yourself and take, reuse. Espresso maker in room, coffee in lobby. I would’ve liked a mini fridge in the room but didn’t see one.

Great location!

The location was fabulous and not too close to Times Square to notice any lights or noise. Clean and felt safe. In the process of upgrading some areas so a bit worn in those areas.
