Everything would have been perfect except the a/c wouldn’t cool down and enough and left it humid during the night. Called desk, no one answered.

Very nice recently remodeled hotel, great location, beautiful pool area. Happy hour not so good but included.

Great location. Common areas nice but rooms are very tired. Bathrooms badly need modernization

This is a great hotel - huge suites, buffet breakfast included, clean rooms, great staff. This was my 10th stay here, I give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars, it’s really a 4,5 out of 5. The only negative is parking - spaces can be hard to find if you are parking late at night.

I have stayed here a few times, which is why I chose to come back for our vacation. The area is wonderful, walkable, quiet, and safe. We appreciated how respectful everyone was during our stay and how quiet it was, considering we were on the 1st floor. The continental brekfast was great, and the staff we interacted with were kind. However, we encountered a lot of issues during our stay, including having to request room service on multiple occasions, limited hot water (we had to take cold showers half the time), and issues with turning on and off the water. Near the end of our stay, the sprinkler for the fire system began leaking water. For the cost to stay here, there should be daily room service and consistent hot water.

Everything was excellent. The pool was nice, though a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice.

My office is in the Esplanade across the street so this is a great location.

The stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Melissa at front desk was awesome! Would stay again.

The room was in disrepair. Was disappointed after having stayed at this location multiple times.

Very very noisy and impossible to get complete darkness in the room as the curtains let hallway light come through. Poor service at the bar, stayed 30minutes waiting to be served. Bartender was by herself all the time for 30+ guests. Fitness center is small and almost no equipment.

Overall the stay at Embassy Suites was excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is good and the staff was friendly and professional. The only reason I might not stay at this location again ( or recommend others stay) is the parking charge. There is more than enough parking at this location even during a busy season. There is no need for a parking charge.
