Best hotel experience in Venice, bar none

在我訂房時沒想到房間是這樣的大，房間擺設優雅有如五星級酒店，酒店服務員態度非常好，還會介紹旅遊行程給你參加，晚間會送水及朱古力很貼心。早餐豐富好吃，酒店在聖馬可教堂後面去任何景點都方便，總括來說直得推介。

Fantastic location, so easy to get to the square & Doges Palace area. Staff very friendly & helpful. Beds were comfortable, water pressure in showers was great!

Very polite, personal and very nice rooms. Breakfast was more than good and the proximity to all the nice spots in Venice is outstanding.

Great location, specially if you arrive in private taxi since the drop off is in front of the hotel. Close to piazza s Marco and many restaurants and stores

The hotel is in a great location. We had a great time in Venice and the staff were very helpful. The only confusion was the breakfast which we thought was paid for,as part of our reservation, but we were charged for breakfast during our checkout. Otherwise everything else was great

The room was nice, comfortable, and had a recently remodeled bathroom. Our room didn't have much of a view, but the location is perfect and you are mere steps away from the biggest attractions in Venice.

Super situation

The property is in a great location and it has its own dock which is great, for coming from the airport or walking around town. I will say the breakfast was subpar compared to other places we stayed in Italy and our room had a really bad smell to it, and was really small. I had to prop open the bathroom door daily and keep the doors open to the balcony when we were in the room. It had a screen which was unfortunately shredded. luckily we didn't get mosquitos.

Beautiful, well-kept hotel with a fantastic staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and gorgeous. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Merci au Personnel pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. La chambre était bien et très propre. Seul bémol, le "restaurant" qui ne servait que des plats réchauffés au micro-ondes... Peut-être parce que nous étions hors saison. Dans ce cas, il vaudrait mieux le fermer.
