Awesome property

The property was amazing! Extra shoutout to the cleaning staff who did such a cute gesture and had the kids stuffed animals positioned on the bed and it made the kids smile. They had one of the stuffed animals be sitting with crossed legs and we had a good laugh about it.

Wonderful stay.

good location and quiet

Comfortable

Stay was fine except the second night. The smoke alarm started beeping every 30 seconds due to it needing replacement. This started at 1am and would not stop. I eventually had to stand on the bed and do something about it myself. Staff wasn't very helpful or apologetic for the fact that this created a pretty terrible night of sleep. Property is nice and everything, front desk staff could use some training on how to deal with problems like this and appease a rather annoyed guest.

Great stay

Clean and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was very small.

The hotel was charming and clean; however, the best part was the restaurant attached to it. The salmon was sublime.

Perfect place to relax and having family bonding. Highly recommended 💞

My wife and i stayed for a night and the bed was cozy. I would recommend staying here.

Friendly staff at check in and departure and willing to help with any request/anything. Our room was lovely with 2 queen size beds and a little table and chairs. Had a bit of mountain view thru the trees. Beds were comfortable. Ample room to park (you do have to pay for parking!). Quite sound proof rooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Canmore. Restaurant on the side with excellent food. Walking distance to downtown so no need to worry where to park. All in all we had a great stay!
